房間寬敞整潔，就在景區裏，有電瓶車從停車場接送，早餐豐盛，服務細緻，景區內表演節目眾多，特別要去觀看火秀表演，其中介紹了碉樓的形成和歷史演變，還有打鐵花和煙火表演，另外雖然看上去酒店價格偏貴但都包含了景區門票這樣一算就性價比很高了，景區內各種餐飲和小吃應有盡有，還能在有效期間無限次出入景區，也方便出景區去周邊玩一下，房間裏咖啡膠囊機，浴缸，淋浴間都配備完善，值得推薦。

Perfect location inside the amusement park. Excellent service, nice designed and furnished room. Great for family trips. Just the food not quite suitable for my appetite, shouldn’t have high expectation for food in amusement park anyway.

Taishan new world hotel is a very elegant hotel. The front door is amazing with outdoor water fountain. Inside the lobby, you will be the ceiling paintings, thinking you at Italy. And I met my special friendly “robot” that works so hard delivering food to your door.

I selected this hotel because its package specifically featured two live performances held inside Chikan Ancient Town, and indicated that tickets for these shows could be collected at the hotel front desk—implying that the package included special VIP tickets for both events. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide any special tickets for the two shows to its guests. If I wished to secure VIP seating for the fire show, I would need to pay an additional fee at the venue entrance. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation. Had the hotel package not prominently highlighted these two performances and stated that tickets could be picked up at the front desk, I would not have chosen this hotel for my trip. Although the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, the overall service level of the staff was merely average.

房整體中規中矩，優缺點都好明顯。客房新近完成裝修，牆面、傢俬同衞浴設施都好新凈，佈局舒服，採光都唔錯，入住衞生打理得妥當。唯獨地面地板系舊款，磨損痕跡清晰，同全新裝修嘅軟裝形成反差，觀感上有啲違和，拉低咗房間整體質感。 温泉方面系呢間酒店最大亮點，園區環境清幽，泡池數量充足，打理乾淨，泉水温度適中，私密性尚可，泡起身足夠放鬆舒緩，休閑體驗唔錯。前台服務態度友善，辦理入住效率高。如果後續可以翻新更換客房地板，整體體驗會提升一大截。單純為泡温泉過嚟度假性價比尚可，對客房硬裝要求高嘅朋友就要酌情考慮。
