We stayed at Courtyard No. 6 of Silk Road’s promise as two families with three kids, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were comfortable, and the courtyard itself is full of charm. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of key sights and plenty of great food options. The accommodation was very generous with thoughtful touches, including snacks, fresh fruit, tea, and small gifts. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Sammi and 小娅 provided outstanding, around-the-clock service and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Kashgar.

非常開心的一次住宿，位置就是古城西區門口，過個馬路便是，很方便。房間大小合適，收拾得也很乾凈。從老闆，老闆娘到裏面每一個人對客人都是特別的熱情，每次見面都笑呵呵的，還推薦了不少好吃的地方，每一個都好吃到停不下來。第一天提前到門口等待，臨走開車送機，老闆娘還送了一個小禮物 。這是我住過的酒店和民宿裏服務最好的，讓人沒有距離感，像去朋友家做客一樣 ，讓這次的南疆之旅劃了一個完美的句號。對了，臨走才知道他家在東區也有一家，叫歸徠寧居，看圖片好漂亮，下次再來喀什一定要去體驗下。

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

Nouvel hôtel bien situé en face de la vieille ville que l’on peut accéder juste en traversant la rue Tuman. Le principal atout de l’hôtel est le service. Le personnel est toujours disponible avec le sourire. La chambre est claire et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours pour dîner le soir.

We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

Les chambres étaient d'une propreté impeccable, sans le moindre défaut, et tous les équipements étaient flambant neufs. La pression de l'eau de la douche était excellente, la connexion internet ultra-rapide et l'accueil à la réception était irréprochable : professionnel et chaleureux. L'hôtel dispose d'un vaste parking et le petit-déjeuner est très varié. Cet hôtel offre un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel, dépassant toutes mes attentes. J'ai prolongé mon séjour de deux jours et je recommande vivement cet excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Cinq étoiles s'imposent !

L'hôtel est le meilleur hôtel que j'aie jamais séjourné. Depuis mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec un vrai chaleur et une hospitalité exceptionnelle. L'énergie positive crée une atmosphère si agréable et confortable qu'elle se sent vraiment comme un foyer loin de chez elle.La vue est parfaite comme je l'ai téléchargée dans la photo et elle est si bonne que j'ai réservé pour le lendemain et pour mes amis aussi, Si je reviens à Kashghar je réserverai certainement cet hôtel Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bien placé et très bien placé. L'hôtel est bien entretenu et offre un environnement tranquille. Although everything was excellent about the hotel but room when entered 1st had sewer smell. I thought maybe be toilet was freshly used and I let the key in to let the exhaust fans do their work while I went out for several hours. Unfortunately upon return the smell was intact, however I was so tired that I crashed into bed without complaining or considering room change possibility. . Considering the price and reputation I think the hotel management should look into this issue of room no 1715.

La chambre était très bien. J'aurais apprécié que l'emplacement du petit-déjeuner soit clairement indiqué, car il était un peu éloigné. Il faisait assez froid en hiver, et je pensais que c'était dans le même bâtiment, alors je n'ai pas mis de manteau. C'était embêtant de devoir retourner en chercher un. Cela aurait été bien si on nous l'avait dit lors de l'enregistrement.
