GGlossimarL'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité d'un supermarché et de chaînes de restauration rapide, dont McDonald's ouvert 24h/24. Le design de l'hôtel est de style industriel, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Les toilettes situées au sixième étage ont une atmosphère très calme et élégante. Le petit-déjeuner servi par le restaurant est délicieux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur était en panne pendant mon séjour.

IInvitéLes seules raisons pour lesquelles j'ai donné 4/5 étoiles pour le service étaient la station de boissons chaudes en libre-service et la possibilité de faire soi-même des toasts. Commandez mieux leurs plats du jour, cependant, cette fois, mes œufs pochés n'étaient pas mous. Excellent vin et excellent déjeuner au bar qu'ils nous ont permis de manger au restaurant, ce qui était un bonus. J'adore cet endroit. Promenades à travers les zones humides et vers Penarth et liens faciles vers Barry Island. Le spa est génial et le quartier calme à côté de la salle de sport est génial pour lire

Tthe travelling brummieBest hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

IInvitéLike a few hotels in Cardiff, the Marriott is really convenient for the railway station. We chose it because we have stayed there before and enjoyed it.
The reception staff were polite and friendly. The room (Superior Double) was quite roomy - but where were the bathrobes?
The noise from the streets is quite loud, but it was a Friday night, so to be expected, really.
We went to the Utilita arena for a concert, and it was a five minute walk away.
I had earplugs to use in the hotel, very useful because of the inconsiderate guests who chatted loudly in the corridor at 1130pm.
Comfy bed, in fact, a very comfy bed.
Unfortunately, our room had an interconnecting door, and we were woken up early by loud guests next door discussing their plans for the day. Something to9 avoid next time.
Breakfast was ok, not the best - but adequate, though. The Cardiff lady with the 'top-knot' who said ”yoh” instead of ”yes” like a true Afrikaans was lovely and very welcoming. In fact, every member of staff we spoke to was nice.
I'd stay here again, but maybe only at the beginning of the week.

IInvitéI have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

IInvitéThe hotel was nice, as it has a lovely swimming poo, so na and steam room. Very few chair for relaxing in the pool area, some people were sitting on the floor with their towels. Breakfast was the same with bit of change in their biscuits cereal. Bad side for food is that they offered scamble eggs only, fried and pouches eggs and omelette they charge for them.
It was my first time at the hotel or in Cardiff, it was Xmas even they seem kinda busy check in was suppose to be 3oclk but when we got there room was not ready and the receptionists were just cool about that, had to go to the desk and ask constantly which s boring.
The hotel is clean but I think their cleaning management is not up to standard, I had missing items in the room, like towels and next day I had to ask for handwash gel 100 times as it was not replaced. If you book with them maybe get yourself a suite room unlike just an ordinary room. It is a 4 star hotel was expecting a lot from them.

AAniwithluiI stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

Les chambres étaient magnifiques, le sol à plafond doubles, un papier de paroi opulent, des meubles de période ornée et un lit de centre-piece très confortable.
Les salles de bains ont des bains de jacuzzi et des bassins de pierre magnifiques.
Le matin suivant, nous avons eu un délicieux petit-déjeuner au restaurant de Culley situé à l'intérieur de la Bourse du Coal.
Le personnel est très aimable et vous pouvez sortir de leur chemin pour vous assurer le meilleur séjour.
Je ne peux pas attendre de retourner.

IInvitéNous avons eu un séjour d'une nuit. Aprecié la mise à jour pour un anniversaire spécial. La seule chose à noter, à partir des premières impressions, il a regardé un peu de grubby dehors, les étapes pouvaient faire avec une propre. Personnel amical - nous n'avons pas mangé ni utilisé les équipements, donc je ne peux pas commenter.
