Hôtels à Cardiff avec petit déjeuner

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité d'un supermarché et de chaînes de restauration rapide, dont McDonald's ouvert 24h/24. Le design de l'hôtel est de style industriel, les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est extrêmement confortable. Les toilettes situées au sixième étage ont une atmosphère très calme et élégante. Le petit-déjeuner servi par le restaurant est délicieux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur était en panne pendant mon séjour.

We stayed for two nights as our bathroom is being replaced at home. This is a former Premier Inn which retains the 'footprint' and build/comfort standard of a PI. The rooms have showers instead of baths which is perfect for me. I rang ahead and requested a ground floor room which was honoured- we were given room 2 which met our needs and requirements. Bed was really comfortable, tv had limited channels but I was able to log into my Netflix. There is hanging space for your clothes, a hair dryer and plenty of sockets, none by the bed though. The WiFi was adequate for our needs. There is free, secure parking provided at the rear of the hotel - you need a code to exit so as safe as can be. No noise considering the M4 motorway and main A48 sandwich the hotel. There is a restaurant for food but we didn't use it. Menu was a bit pricey but has good reviews. All the staff that we met were friendly. The Receptionists were lovely and a big shout out to Alice who sorted our return visit next week when we get back from holiday. For the money it's excellent value for a clean, friendly place to stay.

Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

Les seules raisons pour lesquelles j'ai donné 4/5 étoiles pour le service étaient la station de boissons chaudes en libre-service et la possibilité de faire soi-même des toasts. Commandez mieux leurs plats du jour, cependant, cette fois, mes œufs pochés n'étaient pas mous. Excellent vin et excellent déjeuner au bar qu'ils nous ont permis de manger au restaurant, ce qui était un bonus. J'adore cet endroit. Promenades à travers les zones humides et vers Penarth et liens faciles vers Barry Island. Le spa est génial et le quartier calme à côté de la salle de sport est génial pour lire

I have a really mixed feeling about this hotel. I booked the superior room with tree lined view and asked for a quiet room: the receptionist gave me an extremely cold and noisy room right next to the motorway and above some nightclubs. My watch has identified the noise level is over the normal limit. I couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise even at midnight. I called the receptionist to change a room. Unfortunately, they first gave me a standard room that the heating system was not working and much smaller than I have paid for. The two maintenance officers who came to check the heating system are very helpful and suggested to change to another room. Only by then, I was able to change to another room that matched the similar sized of a superior room, but without tree lined view. I must say that all the receptionists were friendly and polite but behind their friendliness, they are not really helpful at all. I had my dinner, a sea bass meal, at the restaurant - see the photo. The dinner and the service was both outstanding. The kettle in the room was not very clean; it could easily be cleaned by using small spray to remove the calcium. The gym and swimming pool are excellent. If you are not used to live in really loud room, please double check with the receptionists. It is also not worth to pay an extra 10 pounds per night to get a so called tree lined room with extreme loud noise. I also wonder the reason for the hotel to give customers rooms that the heating system are not working. It would helpful to check before they allocate room to customers. It would also helpful that the hotel ensure that the room has reasonable temperature before admitting guests, esp on a very cold winter night. Overall, this is not a very good experience. I was not able to sleep for a whole night. I paid extra in the hope of getting a better and quiet room but ended up with one of the worst room without getting any compensation.

Receptionist Anshika helpful and apologetic Breakfast boring 😴 When I asked for vegetarian/vegan I was directed to PORK sausages, very off handedly, by Lisa. Which was totally disrespectful,rude and upsetting 😡 The croissants were totally inedible when I went on Sunday morning around 8am There were 3 ”broken” croissants left, which nobody touched Until I asked if they were going to top it up! The hash brown were dry and inedible

Great location for night life of Cardiff. Comfy bed, spacious room. Very clean. Would recommend and stay here again.

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.

The stay was really good overall the room was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay £16 for parking for the whole day. It would have been nice if parking was included in the stay or at least offered at a reduced rate for guests. Apart from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay

Il est très important de prendre des mesures pour éviter les dégâts et les risques. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai dit cela à une serveuse qui n'a pas fait preuve de préoccupation et quand je l'ai soulevé à la réception et demandé un remboursement, j'ai été refusé. Je suis déçu de découvrir qu'il y ait un supplément pour l'utilisation du spa. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité supérieure à la ville de Paris, où il est très important de trouver un établissement de qualité supérieure à la ville de Paris. La plupart des personnes qui ont été déçues par le manque de service à la clientèle pendant toute ma séjour ont été désintéressées par le petit déjeuner et les frais de spa, et les personnes n'ont pas été très bien comprises ou disposées à aider. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. J'espère que la gestion prend ces préoccupations au sérieux et qu'elle travaillera à améliorer le service à la clientèle et l'expérience des clients dans leur ensemble.
