IInvitéI had an enjoyable stay at the Staybridge suites in Cardiff. I had a good size room with amenities such as all kitchen needs etc. Good lighting in the room and bathroom, shower had two head options, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is available and topped up regularly..even 10 mins before ending. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to our requests promptly. There is a car park on site however, it does get quite filled up by the end of the night so it is first come first serve. Overall, a very nice stay.

KKay-aLocation to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.

IInvitéLes seules raisons pour lesquelles j'ai donné 4/5 étoiles pour le service étaient la station de boissons chaudes en libre-service et la possibilité de faire soi-même des toasts. Commandez mieux leurs plats du jour, cependant, cette fois, mes œufs pochés n'étaient pas mous. Excellent vin et excellent déjeuner au bar qu'ils nous ont permis de manger au restaurant, ce qui était un bonus. J'adore cet endroit. Promenades à travers les zones humides et vers Penarth et liens faciles vers Barry Island. Le spa est génial et le quartier calme à côté de la salle de sport est génial pour lire

IInvitéBooked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

IInvitéThis is our third visit to this hotel. Our room was on the third floor, accessible via the lift and overlooked the waterfront. Comfortable, spacious and very clean. Parking cost £10 for 24 hours which we thought was reasonable. It’s an easy walk to the Millennium Centre for shows and events and everything else that Tge Bay offers. Staff are always friendly, especially check in staff and the lady who hosts breakfast. Breakfast is great with plenty of food and a good coffee machine. We particularly liked the care and attention from the lady who hosts breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble.

IInvitéGood location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

BBethSaidSmileIt is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.

IInvitéGreat stay at Future Inn Cardiff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location near Cardiff Bay is excellent with plenty of places to eat and things to see nearby. Free parking was also a big bonus. Would happily stay here again.

IInvitéSitué au centre de la ville, près du château et des attractions locales. Malheureusement, la chambre est arrière dans un club de nuit qui jouait de la musique jusqu'à 4h. Si vous êtes un léger coucher, cela pourrait être un problème. Autres, alors ce beau endroit.
