JjetlaggerWestin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming.
The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed.
Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

La diffusion est solide, mais j'aimerais les voir ajouter du café local et long saur pour cette vibe de petit déjeuner traditionnelle parfaite.
La porte directe de l'hôtel à la boutique est un changement de jeu: tant de grands restaurants, un cinéma et des magasins se trouvent à quelques pas.
Les chambres sont sans place, mais juste avertissement : vous ne pouvez régler que le fan, pas le thermostat, donc à 21°C il fonctionne un peu froid.

LLtataThe hotel overall was acceptable, quite small and not very spacious, which made the stay for family slightly uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, which was inconvenient after a long journey.
I was assigned a corner room near the emergency exit, which was less ideal due to limited views and occasional noise. The refrigerator also had a strong damp and musty smell, as if it had not been properly cleaned or used for a long time.
In addition, the bed sheets had many visible stains, which was disappointing and concerning, especially since I noticed similar complaints in other reviews. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this issue significantly affected my overall comfort.
With better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more flexible check-in options, the overall experience could be much better.

IInvitéVery good hotel. The service and staff are some of the best i have seen so far. The taste of the food included in the breakfast is very good to. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping doesnt mess with your stuff when your not there.
The only stuff i can think of this hotel could improve on is stuff others mentioned before already:
Very loud traffic,some of the drivers think they are valentino rossi.. so some more soundproofing would be recommended. The airconditioning is ok in deluxe premiere and higher rooms,i booked a deluxe double wich ment me and my girl were being cooked alive but the staff upgraded our room to deluxe premiere for free wich was absolutely very nice of them. The water pressure is ok but could be a little higher. And the food despite tasting very good is being held warm on electri hotplates but they need to set these to a higher temperature for some of the food so that its still warm after it has left the kitchen.
Final verdict: 4.5 stars out of 5 and would recommend this hotel to others but as foreigner who struggles with indonesian temperatures i recommend you book a deluxe premiere or better room.

HHadi_MulyonoC'est ma deuxième fois ici. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et vous serez accueillis chaque fois. J'ai eu un problème avec l'aircondition ne pas être assez froid. Le technicien, le bureau frontal sont tous très patient et attentif à ma demande. La chambre est très spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'ampleur des équipements et vous répondrez à vos besoins. J'ai eu un bon repos de trois nuits et un séjour merveilleux ici. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel.

(+) Located in the city center, convenient access to many tourist spots in Surabaya. There's Indomaret next to the hotel, which makes it convenient too. Wisata Rasa, a recommend place to buy edible souvenirs (like almond crispy), is also nearby.
(-) I expected very walkable distance to Tunjungan Romansa, but it is apparently further away than expected. Still walkable but will take quite some time, and only walkable at night. Walking in the day is not very feasible due to Surabaya hot weather.

(+) TV, desk, 3 electrical outlets, wardrobe with hangers, storage cabinet, safety box, air dryer in the bathroom, and electric kettle are available. Water gallon for refills is available outside the room.
(-) The lights in the room are dim, which makes the room unsuitable for work. Toilet issue is of low quality. No fridge. Cuttlery are provided with charge.
🏨 Hotel Facilities
(+) Great breakfast with various options, including local delicacies like lontong balap. There are board games, mini pool table, and foosball. PCs are available in the lobby, not sure if it works though. Can store luggage in the receptionist after check out. Toilets are available in the lobby.
(-) The hotel only gives 1 access card per room, even if I book a room for 2 people. Was excited to see congklak game but apparently the seeds weren't enough.

(+) Friendly staffs. Could ask for extra towel. Could request for specific housekeeping cleaning time.

FFirzahardynOne of the good hotels to try. Because there are many strategic places that sell cheap food and sungi because the location is in the middle of housing. The weather is cool and there is also a swimming pool. Suitable for families and couples for weekends or long holidays
