Отель восхитительный. Выше всяких похвал! В центре города. Это было нам очень удобно. По городу ходили пешком. От железнодорожного вокзала дошли пешком за пятнадцать минут. Отель тихий, наши окна выходили во двор. Но улица все равно была не шумная. Очень уютный, просторный номер, выдержан в мягких теплых тонах, красивый дизайн. Было все необходимое в номере, и даже тапочки, и халат, много туалетных принадлежностей.
Утром внизу был очень вкусный завтрак. Нам очень понравился. Там в будни еще работает бар. Наверху отеля есть терраса, с красивым видом на город.
Очень дружелюбный, приветливый персонал в отеле, любой наш вопрос сразу же решался, супруг обратил внимание в баре на масло оливковое и девушка сразу же нам подарила его… невероятно.
Всем рекомендуем только этот отель в Брешии. Самые приятные воспоминания останутся потом от этого города и этого чудесного отеля. Оценка отелю и персоналу–10 баллов!!! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ и отель и Брешию ! »

OO MudWe stayed at this hotel as a family. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained, but there were a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one bottle of water provided for four guests, which felt insufficient. The room itself was tidy, but the toilet unfortunately had a bit of a smell.
On the positive side, breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, one inconvenience was the ironing situation — there was no iron available in the room, and the hotel could not provide one to us. Instead, we had to go downstairs to use the ironing room, which was not ideal when traveling with family.
Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the cleanliness and great staff, but with some improvements in amenities, it could be much better.

IInviténon è la prima volta che alloggio in questo hotel e mi trovo sempre molto bene, il personale è gentilissimo e le camere accoglienti. Unica pecca è che i bagni andrebbero ristrutturati perché sono così piccoli da risultare molto scomodi, questa volta mancava il bidet e il soffione della doccia non reggeva

Наш номер в этот раз был в основном здании , нам показалось это более удобным. Парковка отеля во внутреннем дворе, удобно. Номер чистый, большая ванная комната , кровать удобная. В ванной только мыло и гель-шампунь. Хороший завтрак. Есть автоматы с напитками, вода 0.7 евро, что очень кстати так как в номере воды нет. Не помешало бы обновить ковровое покрытие в коридорах, но в общем все хорошо.

What makes us unhappy is that the room only has a thin sheet and no quilt, When I inform it to the front desk staff, the answer I got was: sorry, there is no quilt. To be honest, the lack of quilt is not my problem, it is a problem that the hotel needs to solve.
In addition, the room price of this hotel is higher than the actual service provided.

IInvitéEven though the location wasn’t very central, the metro station was just around the corner and the train brought you within 33-4 stops to either the city centre or the central train station. The architecture of the hotel was a bit idd (see photo) but the rooms were very comfy and practical. A fridge, wifi, aircon, a hairdryer were all there and I felt safe and could sleep without the normal city noises.
The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The breakfast room was a bit bland but the breakfast itself was quite alright for italian breakfast standards (breads, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh Italian coffee). I really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back!
