We had a pleasant stay at Blue Lotus Hotel - we booked a king size bed and the room given was vey spacious. The room had adequate amenities . We will stay here again the next time we are in Davao.

Hotel Location is great very accessible going to the malls, market, church and some tourist spots. It's easy to take a ride to your destination. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the lady receptionist who seems very hardworking. I looked for her when we checked out to give her something from Thailand. The kuya who serves the good food is super kind and pleasant. The room is okay though its pretty obvious that is old already. Please check wirings of the lamp shades nakuryenti ako lite, I hope they could improve more the cleanliness kasi marami ipis at daga sa pool area. Overall it was good and affordable.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its location. From the guard who assist us in the parking, to the bellboy, the receptionist, the housekeeping, everyone is up to their toes. Rooms, well just the right size for us. Cleanliness, ok Basic toiletries are available Water is available in the hallway Towels and linen are new and smells good Easy check in and check out. Will surely book in the future

Comme toujours, ma fille aime séjourner dans cet hôtel. Personnel très sympathique et belles chambres. Aussi pratique car l'emplacement est près du centre commercial. Je réserverai toujours cet hôtel à l'avenir.

Ce que j'ai aimé : - Emplacement idéal - Service client excellent - Belle réception - Petit-déjeuner authentique et savoureux Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : - J'ai trouvé un cafard dans ma chambre - Les chambres et les salles de bain sont extrêmement vétustes et nécessitent une rénovation urgente, malgré quelques efforts depuis mon dernier séjour en début d'année - La télévision est quasiment décorative. Seules 4 ou 5 chaînes sont disponibles, mais la qualité du signal est médiocre, voire inexistante. Ce n'est pas une Smart TV, donc pas de YouTube ni de Netflix pour se divertir. - Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. La récente augmentation des prix est injustifiée.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property.  Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

L'hôtel est propre, le personnel est serviable et poli, ils répondent à tous vos besoins. Il y a une supérette en bas avec du café et de la nourriture. Il se trouve à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied de l'aéroport international de Davao. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous avez un vol tôt ou tard.

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The swimming  pool was refreshing and clean. Food’s was great as well. Can’t wait to comeback.

The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.
