+ Rooms were generally in good order although see cons.
Cons
- Room discrepancies: One room would feel complete and then you step into the next room and items are missing or are of lower quality (despite the same room option)
- The shower floods no matter what room you select, either because the drains are never cleaned out so you're stepping in people's filth, or the pipes aren't graded sufficiently to flow away fast enough.
-The room's fridge is not very cold, but if you ask for some ice the staff are accommodating, providing some ice.
Overall would recommend for short stays

YYkhca_TravelsWe arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

Having breakfast with my booking, water fountain on corridor, staff calling to remind about breakfast and checkout times made all the difference during a busy time in my room.

IInvitéThe location is the city, ambiance is good, room is clean and tidy.
Unfortunately the staff in the reception is rude and unhelpful. I politely request for a additional pillows since my husband has a medical condition. He needs to have 2-3 pillows for him to elevate his head while sleeping. However the front desk staff strongly informed me that they are fully booked and she cannot provide an additional pillows since the pillows are all consumed.
So I just kept quiet and proceed to our room. So I ask one of the staff who help us in our luggage if he can spare me 2 more pillows. Good thing he provided us with 2 more pillows when he came back to our room. I understand if they are fully booked but that is not the problem of the client. Hotel Management should prepare extra pillows incase client will have their request. Management people in Hop Inn Hotel kindly conduct a seminar on your staff how to handle customer service. Since your staff in front desk is unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Attitude is everything....😡😠😣☹️😟

- no concierge to greet new guests getting out of taxis
- No one to show you to your room! Have to find your own way.
- loud banging doors waking guests very early in the morning due to neighbours from doors next to one another (see pictures)
- bird poo all over the windows (see pictures)
- breakfast buffet was just okay.. self service coffee and not great food.
A decent hotel but somewhat ruined by poor welcome and the early morning noise of other guests. Ask for a quiet rooms.

BBroshStaff are very approachable and considerate. The elevator doesn't work when you are from the 4th floor. The floor under the beds need sweeping. Would stay again because of its affordability, nearness to Bangkerohan market, San Pedro cathedral, and easy access to a lot of affordable food options and public transportation.

MMy Beautiful GaiaLe lieu est propre et le lit est très confortable le lit aussi blanc et propre et la chambre entière elle-même, des installations de la salle de bain aux ailes n'est pas bon marché ac, douche chaude et froide fonctionne parfait - peut-être c'est un nouvel hôtel, et il y a aussi une piscine que j'ai manqué de regarder en haut du toit... L'emplacement est très proche de SM-lanang- bien que ne vous attendez pas que la zone soit à l'échelle qu'il est dans le quartier des gens vivent sur leur vie ordinaire
- l'hôtel ne serve qu'un petit déjeuner Filipino Tout ce qui est sur leur liste est ce que vous obtenez ! - le personnel frontal est ami et tout simplement OK mais ils ne sont pas si attentifs à vous et aucune idée de comment donner des détails pour vous aider et sur la ville 😑 ... Grab est votre butler de toute façon... et SM-lanang est un grand bonus pour ce lieu où vous pouvez trouver le Enfin, l'eau potable gratuite dans le distributeur et l'eau chaude gratuite à tout moment ...

YYkhca_TravelsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place.
