Le petit déjeuner est très varié chaque jour. Si vous demandez un bacon, ils vous feront un bon déjeuner. Le personnel est très confortable et je m'aime comment ils saluent les invités tout le temps. Le spa est étonnant et très relaxant et la salle de sport est propre et ouverte 24/7. La piscine est jolie. Nous avons une belle vue du 5ème étage. Tout le monde est super mabait et étonnant des gardes à la réception, au personnel et au service de la maison. Recommandera cet hôtel à mes amis qui visiteront Davao

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

Hotel Location is great very accessible going to the malls, market, church and some tourist spots. It's easy to take a ride to your destination. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the lady receptionist who seems very hardworking. I looked for her when we checked out to give her something from Thailand. The kuya who serves the good food is super kind and pleasant. The room is okay though its pretty obvious that is old already. Please check wirings of the lamp shades nakuryenti ako lite, I hope they could improve more the cleanliness kasi marami ipis at daga sa pool area. Overall it was good and affordable.

Comme toujours, ma fille aime séjourner dans cet hôtel. Personnel très sympathique et belles chambres. Aussi pratique car l'emplacement est près du centre commercial. Je réserverai toujours cet hôtel à l'avenir.

We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

If you are early before 2pm they won't allow you to enter the hotel. we tried to enter 3 times because we arrived early but they are strict to follow their check in time. good location because it is near the mall and other places to visit. they need to improve their customer service. My kids are excited for the swimming pool because they see it on the post of the hotel that they have it but when we ask for where the pool is to go for swimming they say it's not available and said under maintenance. We don't know if they don't like us to use it because we saw the pool and it's ok. They are disappointed. Check in again probably not? maybe if they improve their service. Need to maintain also the facilities and amenities.
