The place was perfect. It was comfortable, convenient, and cozy. The AC works well, they have hot showers, and basically everything you need in the kitchen. It was so comfortable that we ended up not checking their pool haha, will definitely visit the place again. Thank you!

Hotel Location is great very accessible going to the malls, market, church and some tourist spots. It's easy to take a ride to your destination. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful especially the lady receptionist who seems very hardworking. I looked for her when we checked out to give her something from Thailand. The kuya who serves the good food is super kind and pleasant. The room is okay though its pretty obvious that is old already. Please check wirings of the lamp shades nakuryenti ako lite, I hope they could improve more the cleanliness kasi marami ipis at daga sa pool area. Overall it was good and affordable.

Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

Comme toujours, ma fille aime séjourner dans cet hôtel. Personnel très sympathique et belles chambres. Aussi pratique car l'emplacement est près du centre commercial. Je réserverai toujours cet hôtel à l'avenir.

L'hôtel est un endroit décent pour rester, surtout si vous cherchez un endroit calme et relaxant. La piscine était en fait l'un des points de pointe... propre, spacieux et grand pour se dégager après un long jour. La location est un peu inconveniente, car elle est très loin des centres, des magasins de confort et d'autres établissements. Globalement, il est un bon hôtel avec des chambres confortables et une atmosphère amicale, mais pas la meilleure option si vous préférez des chambres modernes et un accès facile aux attractions commerciales ou urbaines.

Mes meilleurs amis et moi avons eu une amusante nuit à l'intérieur de l'avida et la chambre que nous avons est 10/10 nous avons une vue sur les lumières de la ville de Davao et nous avons également prévu de réserver à nouveau
