Avis : Hotel Millennium

Good hotel close to the main bus station and public transport, it is approximately 20mins by train into the main part of the city. Staff are friendly and they offered locked luggage storage! Aircon doesn’t cool the room unfortunately

我經常住在這裏，賓館是比較老的，還是還算是乾淨。 主要是這裏離汽車站近，我要做大巴的。早餐很普通，可以果腹的吧的那種。附近沒有別的設施，不過我單純的過夜沒有問題。離地鐵近點。 這裏算市區的邊緣，沿門前的大路一直開就到機場了，也比較方便。

酒店離大巴車站比較近，但是離中心城區有點遠。房間蠻大也比較高。毛巾已經發黑髮硬了。服務很好。早餐也不錯。

the staff rude, the food honestly terrible. I asked for help from the waiter and all he could say to me was “no” . since we have been there with a group I think they only wanted money from us and not even bothered treating us like human beings. Is food too much of a request when we are paying for it ?

I have never gone to a such terrible hotel. The rooms are quite dirty and the food is horrible. At breakfast you can find literally 5 different things to eat and if you arrive to the buffet over 8:30 am you won’t find anything to eat anymore. Also the waitresses are really rude: I politely asked if they could bring some more food that had finished in the buffet but they just told me : NO and kept looking at me like if I was an alien. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. No no no!!

I enjoyed my first 2 nights in Budapest here. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is ok but abit out of town and not too many places to eat nearby, but metro close to get around. The rooms were very big, clean and comfy bed.

worst hotel I ever stayed. we requested a double bed or at least a double blanket and sheets after booking. they replied that our request has been fullfilled. when arriving there, the reception had no clue of the request, and said it is not possible to fullfill it at all. going to the room, the 3rd floor smelled like mold, carpets were dirty both in the hallway and the room. the pillows were double the height of normal and was very hard to sleep. next morning we requested smaller pillows and they promised to deliver to our room. came back at 12:00 night, found out that they never brought the smaller pillows. my wife went to the reception and the receptionist was rude as well, said ironically" do you want me to go to IKEA now?". "why didn't you ask earlier". she said we did but he replied he could do anything at that moment and didn't know where the pillows are. I went after she told me that, told the receptionist that I want smaller pillows or if not, to get the money back for the rest of the days left so I can book another hotel. He said he couldn't do that, and after waiting and arguing for 20 minutes, another guy came and we went together to a storage room at the second floor, which smelled like mould as well, found 2 smaller pillows and managed to sleep. location of the hotel is 20 mins from the centre of the city, by metro just for people to know before booking. we could get a lot better hotel with that price, in the city centre. never again at that terrible hotel. room was small, and their attitude was terrible. no communication between them there. very disappointing.

Stayed here for 3 night during the World Athletics Championships in Budapest. Overall, the hotel was pretty basic but the price was fair and had great transport links. It was a little bit 'far out', but the station was a 5-10 minute walk away and the tram was even closer. The rooms were overall quite clean, the staff come in and made the beds and provided new towels every day. There's no tea, coffee, etc. provided in the room, but you can get hot drinks for breakfast. Breakfast was about €8 per person every morning which I had every day. It was fair for the price and was very convenient. I didn't catch the name of the women who was on reception, but she was there Friday-Sunday every morning and was incredibly helpful. I wish I had managed to get her name because she's someone who you should be very proud of, she was very helpful and really made a difference during my visit. Overall, the hotel is fine, it does the job, just don't expect any luxuries in the room. I would consider staying here again when I come back to Budapest.

Hotel Milenij is a good city hotel. The rooms are large and cleaned every day. Soundproof. The furniture is older, but well preserved. There are enough closets. The room has air conditioning, a fridge and a TV. The beds are comfortable. The pillow is very big, which can be a problem. The bedding is very clean. The bathroom is small. There are toiletries and a hair dryer. The breakfast is very good. There is a choice of salads, eggs prepared in different ways, hot dogs, butter, different types of jams, fresh and dried fruit, flakes, different types of bread and pastries, juice. tea. coffee etc. Each dish has a label indicating which dish it is. The hotel has an elevator. The pictures on the official website correspond to what is in reality. Friendly staff. The center of Budapest can be reached by metro, the station of which is very close.

L'hotel si trova davanti allo stadio, in zona periferica ma non molto lontano dalla fermata della metro (linea blu) che porta direttamente in centro. Le tre stelle superior sono troppe, due stelle basterebbero. All'interno gli arredi sono molto vintage, così come la moquette nelle camere, sciupata e macchiata. Il personale di sala è stato gentile e anche alla reception a parte un signore che ogni tanto borbottava qualcosa nella sua lingua e mostrava insofferenza. La colazione era molto varia, soprattutto nella parte salata. La cena sufficiente, la pasta con il ragù dolciastro servita a degli italiani non è stata una buona idea.
