Lumina Villas Cam Ranh, Bai Dai Beach Luxury Resort Villas

가성비가 좋은 루미나빌라(윈덤가든 리조트) 입니다. 필요한건 버틀러에게 카톡으로 연락하면 바로바로 대응해줘서 편리합니다. 시설은 사진과 다름없이 좋구요. 개인풀 공용풀 다 넘 좋았어요. 수영장 풀사이드바 햄버거 맛있습니다. 조식은 체크인할때 추가해서 먹었는데 역시 너무 만족했습니다. 쌀국수 맛집이에요. 다만 최악인게 한가지 있었는데.. 싱크대에서 하수구 썩은 악취가 진동을 했습니다. 버틀러에게 연락해서 직원이 와서 조치를 했지만..아주 약간 나아지는 정도였고 결국 2박3일 내내 은은한 하수구 악취와 함께했네요. 이것만 개선되면 아기데리고 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Gia đình đã trải nghiệm 2 đêm tại villa rất vui. Villa đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi và thoải mái, có thêm khu vui chơi ở tầng 4 cho người lớn và trẻ em, ngoài hồ bơi vô cực còn có bãi biển đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo, dịch vụ rất tốt. 😊

너무 좋았어요. 윈덤내 리조트인거 같고 개인호스트가 관리해주고 위치도 바닷가랑 로비 중간이라 여기저기 걷기 좋고 배달음식 받을때만 보안게이트 정문으로 가야해서 버기카 불러 이동했음요.

Căn hộ được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, sang trọng, rất phù hợp với các gia đình đi nghỉ dưỡng thay đổi không khí. Chất lượng dịch vụ của Lumina rất tốt nhé

Unfortunately, what should have been a great experience in a relaxing seaside resort was tainted by an act of petty theft on the day we arrived. Amounts of money in $AUD were stolen from purses of my wife and daughter and from my wallet while briefly unattended most likely in our villa. We raised the matter several times with our assigned “butler” and he claimed to have inspected CCTV footage and found nothing of interest. There is a very complex relationship between Lumina and Wyndham Gardens in which their villas are situated. When we requested they inspect CCTV footage at Wyndham reception they told us they couldn’t because “Wyndham was nothing to do with them”. Lumina do not provide safes in their rooms so be warned! Needless to say, we are very disappointed about this experience at Lumina as it left us with a very uneasy feeling when we should have been enjoying a relaxing holiday. Lumina management have been less than supportive of our claims and almost accusing us of having mishandled our money. They have not provided even so little as an apology let alone any offer of compensation. This is our third trip to Vietnam, a country we are very fond of. We admire the integrity and hospitality of the Vietnamese people and this experience is certainly not typical. However on the basis of our experience I could not recommend Lumina Villas to any fellow travellers.

02 ngày 01 đêm trọn vẹn cùng bạn bè tại Lumina Villa. Khá bất ngờ khi biệt thự có đầy đủ các dụng cụ cần thiết để một bữa ăn cơ bản. Ngoài ra còn có lò nướng, vi sóng và cả bếp BBQ. Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Diện tích villa rộng, biệt lập, biển Bãi Dài đẹp. Các tiện ích trong khu nghỉ khá tốt. Nói chung là hài lòng

Mình từng ở villa của Wyndham Garden nhưng theo cảm nhận cá nhân và gia đình thì Lumina Villas có bài trí, sắp xếp đẹp hơn, tiện nghi tốt hơn, đặc biệt là có sẵn đồ dùng bếp núc và gia vị. Nhân viên tư vấn đặt phòng tận tình và linh động hỗ trợ các yêu cầu phát sinh của gia đình mình. Ấm cúng, sang trọng, tiện nghi.
