Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in or experienced. It really is an experience - opulent and absolutely beautiful. The staff are the best. I'll name some: Keegan, Happy, Blessing, Kimberley, Lazarus, Isaac, Kathak, Nquobile, and Pinky.... but.... the whole team are amazing and could not do enough for us, yet at the same time were not stuffy/officious. Just warm, friendly and very professional. A credit to the hotel.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Siya et Mo à la réception ont fait mon check-in et resté beaucoup mieux, ils ont une attention étonnante aux détails et à leur amitié, les personnalités accueillantes ont fait tout ce qui est beaucoup mieux. Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

Like many TripAdvisor readers I’ve been fortunate to travel quite frequently and The Westin Cape Town has been a most enjoyable experience. The staff throughout the hotel are terrific, location is convenient to V&A and other top sites, rooms are well appointed and executive lounge serves full breakfast as well as afternoon drinks and canapés. This was my first visit to South Africa and it couldn’t have been a more positive experience in large part due to the extremely welcoming, helpful and hospitable staff at The Westin Cape Town! Thank you to the entire staff at The Westin Cape Town for making my first visit to your beautiful city so memorable!!!

Le quartier est également riche, et les problèmes de sécurité ne sont pas mauvais. Il est bien connu que la loi et l'ordre en Afrique du Sud ne sont pas abrupts. Les réservations Ctrip doivent être réservées à l'avance, sinon l'hôtel affichera un impayé, mais Ctrip a indiqué le paiement ... Ctrip est meilleur que Booking en termes de prix, c'est un must.

Elle a été appelée et nous a rencontrés pendant notre arrivée. La qualité de l'alimentation était super. La propriété était sur le point de marque, propre et service rapide. Nous apprécierions cela comme une propriété 5 étoiles et rien moins. vaste parking, une localité très sûre, un centre de stationnement à seulement 2 blocs de loin les choses ont été plus faciles. Wifi était excellent la taille de la chambre est assez grande. Les Indiens et tous les touristes très recommandés de réserver avec eux quand à Capetown, ils vont dépasser vos attentes et vous faire toujours vous sentir heureux. C'est là que nous attendons de réserver.

I've stayed at a few different places when I return to Cape Town for a vacation but it's been a while since I stayed in such a beautiful historic guesthouse! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast absolutely delicious, and the overall look of everything was made to make you feel at home and relaxed. The rooms were super clean, beautifully decorated, and so so comfortable! Location wise - it is perfectly located to near downtown, making exploring Cape Town a breeze. I don't drive on the wrong side of the road so walkability was a must when looking for the perfect place to stay!

I have been in Cape Town at least 20 times, and for now, this is my favorite place to stay. The location is great: in Gardens, which is for me the best place to stay at, in a quiet side street, and in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and its really good value for money. If you dont like very loud music, make sure to pay a little bit more and choose a room at the back of the building, so that you dont ”enjoy” the music of the mexican restaurant beneath the front rooms.
