Hôtels avec Service de transport à Castelnuovo del Garda

Nous avons été au Gardaland Hôtel en aout juste avant l'histoire des pass sanitaires. Nous avons d'ailleurs changé nos dates pour partir avant. Sur le site, il est indiqué qu'on peut résilier ou changer sans frais mais lorsque nous avons voulu le faire, au départ, on nous l'a refusé comme quoi on avait eu une promo. Hors, il était impossible de réserver sans promo. C'est donc une publicité mensongère. Après l'avoir fait remarquer, on nous a permis de changer sans frais. On nous avait dit qu'on serait rembourser du trop perçu mais nous n'avons jamais rien eu. Cependant, l'hotel est beau. Les chambres sont grandes belles et propre dans les tons de rose. Nous avions une belle terrasse et une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet qui était compris était varié et plutot bien avec suffisamment de place. La mascotte était présente pour les enfants. Il mérite son 4 étoiles. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine Le parking est grand et gratuit et les navettes passent régulièrement. Les alentours sont bien entretenu. La réception est belle toute en verre etc. Je dirais qu'on est entre l'hotel disneyland niveau déco couleur etc et le Newport Bay pour le confort.

Hôtel de niveau moyen, prix corrects, non loin du centre de Peschiera, même si tout de même quelque peu excentré. Parking à disposition. Bon accueil. Déjeuner correct avec divers choix. Donc correct dans l'ensemble. Un bémol pour le repas au restaurant (optionnel) où rien n'est explicité. A la fin on vous facture de l'eau minérale ”faite maison” dont on ne connaît le prix qu'au moment de payer, le ”coperto” idem on ne sait rien. J'avais demandé un ”contorno” de frites et je me vois arriver mon poisson avec des pommes de terre sautées + mon contorno de frites !!! Autant vous dire que je n'ai pas pu les manger! Pour cette raison je donne un 3/5

Hôtel à thème très sympa, visite en famille dans le thème arctique les chambres sont très bien faites avec beaucoup De détails. Les chambres sont calmes et spacieuses et le petit déjeuner était ok Accueil très sympa avec de bonnes explications Navette directe toute les 30’ entre l’hôtel et le parc

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

très bon séjour très bel hôtel et très bon spa Piscine intérieur / Jacuzzi qui mériterait d'être plus grand pour le nombre de personnes logeant à l'hôtel les soins sont très bien le personnel au petit soin très bien situé en pleine campagne et à deux pas de movieland et 7 mn en voiture de gardaland et 12mn du parc natura viva même pas à 10mn de lazise et de Peschiera l'hôtel possède une navette pour Lazise je recommande

Mitigé. Magique oui, deco top, bon petit dej, piscine propre. Mais le lit bébé 15 euros déjà au vu du prix de la chambre c’est abusé de faire payer (gratuit PARTOUT en général). Et c’est sans le voir! Troué (voir photos) et dangereux (bébé coincé plusieurs fois). Deuxième point le ménage. Je ne suis absolument pas regardante mais là c’était abusé. Toile d’araignées + sol non fait. Dernier point, le petit bar sur la piscine, bonne idée mais 4.5 euros une gaufre plus petite que ma main avec laquelle j’ai failli me casser une dent tellement elle était dure. Bref c’est à faire une fois pour une nuit pour faire plaisir aux petits mais déçu par certaines choses intolérables vu la gamme de prix.

Beau panorama, tranquille et silencieux de nuit. Messages de mémoire et d'indications avant l'arrivée et même après pour savoir si tout allait bien. Accueil amable et prévenant avec tant d'informations et indications de lieux à voir ou à aller. Minibar disponible. Chambres agréables avec un lit étroit et très propre. Le petit déjeuner 10 et le louange : buffet mais avec une fille très disponible pour donner des conseils. Une large sélection de doux et de sel pour la plupart fait par eux. Les marmelades étaient fantastiques (et vous pouvez aussi les acheter). Nous reviendrons sûrement!
