Le personnel de la chambre de première instance nous a été accueilli, qui nous a été très utile et a fait le contrôle sans fin. L'élévateur a été très bien placé, mais il a été très bien placé. Ils étaient si personnalisés et si amusants. Je ne peux pas dire assez de choses de grandeur sur eux. Ils ont envoyé un papier supplémentaire dans les minutes de demander! La chambre était un peu étroite et il a besoin d'un peu de TLC. Cependant, il était extrêmement propre et les meubles étaient en grande forme. Je pensais que le lit était très confortable, mais mon mari ne l'a pas fait. Mais nous combattons cette bataille à la maison. La chambre de bains est très confortable, la chambre de bains est très confortable et la chambre de bains est très confortable. La lumière à la vanité n'était pas grande, donc les dames apportent un miroir et s'asseoir sur le canapé pour appliquer le maquillage. La lumière est mieux là. Il y a aussi très peu d'espace de tirage, donc apportez des hangers supplémentaires pour pendre vos vêtements si nécessaire. La situation est fantastique. Il est proche de n'importe où vous devez aller au centre-ville de Charlotte. Nous avons séjourné à Hilton la dernière fois que nous étions en ville, et il ne peut pas se rapprocher de la concurrence avec le Marriot Courtyard. Et le Marriott est presque la moitié du coût. Je recommanderais très bien cet hôtel au cours de la compétition !

Le service était incroyable. Ils ont gardé le gâteau au frais dans le réfrigérateur pour moi, ont tout emporté à l'étage pour moi pendant que je me garais et ont même trouvé un article que j'ai laissé lorsque nous avons pris l'avion à 4 heures du matin le lendemain! Ils ont gardé l'article jusqu'à ce que ma mère vienne le chercher et j'étais tellement content de l'honnêteté du personnel, je suis tellement content de tout le monde, ils sont incroyables ici !!

Having spent the weekend at the Kentucky Derby with friends, my return to the real world was made so much more pleasant by the delightful team here. Deanna is polished, professional, charming and cheerful. In my three day stay I lost my room card about 79 times - always replaced with a smile. She has that rare ability to flash a visible smile, but it is backed up by the genuine smile IN HER VOICE. She explained that yesterday on her day off, a few things happened that she found challenging; kudos to her for squarely attacking them, putting them in their place and then showing up to work with that skill and professionalism that makes weary travelers want to come back HERE when in Charlotte. Radon also was kind and efficient and gave a few well chosen words when I felt a little blue. Food in the concierge breakfast bar was excellent, again with cheerful caring staff. See you guys next time - and thanks!

Hôtel très propre, espace géant à l'intérieur de la chambre. L'hôtel est un très grand bâtiment situé à un emplacement privilégié du centre-ville de Charlotte. Les services de l'hôtel sont très inclusifs, vous obtenez tout ce dont vous avez besoin immédiatement.

I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. I spent thousands to have one special day at their hotel and they sold me something that was a
