Hôtels proches de Chatswood Railway Station, Sydney

Plus que prévu, ce prix peut vivre à côté du pont du port et de l'Opéra de Sydney, vraiment trop de crédits nationaux. La suite de port est sans objet. Le seul défaut est que les marins internationaux seront en train de se débarrasser du matin. Mais quelques secondes sont terminés et il n'y a pas de problème.

Fantastic and friendly staff! Great stay there (it was the first time). Just the bathrooms in the rooms are quite outdated (shower & floor).

The hotel is very convenient located near the opera house. The service is great and the rooms are quite large. It is a luxury hotel but the furniture is a little dated the hotel could use a make-over, though the rooms were clean. Breakfast was disappointing for the price, every day the same and just not what I would expect for the price paid.

Le lit était très inconfortable. C'était deux lits simples collés l'un à l'autre et c'était très inconfortable. La chambre d'angle avec vue que nous avions réservée n'avait pas de rideaux opaques, nous étions donc réveillés par le soleil tôt le matin. Le verre n'est pas un verre à une seule face, donc l'intimité est extrêmement mauvaise L'hôtel est très vieux et les installations sont également très anciennes

Great location. Nice view of the museum. Nice choice of cups and mugs. Uncomfortable duvets and way too tucked. Breakfast wasn’t great, a bit disappointing for Intercontinental, not very fresh or nicely displayed as it was separated between two small rooms. And we had to wait a while for the staff to notice us and let us in, we weren’t able to choose where to sit either even though it was mostly empty. We were surprised as we had tried the M*rriot breakfast in the same neighborhood which was much better, from the quality of the products, to the selection or the way we were welcomed.

Excellent location and value for money. The staff were extremely helpful. We were able to check in early and access our room. The hotel also looked after our bags on the last day. The Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and the Opera house are all within walking distance. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Great value for easy access to the city!

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station (as it is a slight downhill). The staff, from being met with a wide smile by the concierge to the check-in staff, are friendly, professional and just a joy to interact with. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good, but very few Asian options available. It should be noted that Google maps is not truthful about the fact this part of Sydney is ”mostly flat”... so walking shoes are a MUST as the hotel is so very close to a number of wonderful places to see, explore and enjoy a meal.

這個酒店怎麼説呢，不算特別好，也不算差。位置很好，走路到歌劇院也就10分鐘，周圍辦公樓居多，晚上沒什麼人，還挺安靜。服務沒什麼體驗，入住就可以自助，但是需要多張房卡還是需要找服務人員，精緻套房衹有一個衞生間，攜程有人瞎評論説是有兩個，也可能分到我的房間衹有一個。房間電話線路在維修，完全不能用。入住期間想多要床被子，下到一樓大堂找服務人員説了後，半天都沒有送到房間，又下去問説沒有被子了，沒有的話不是應該上來説一聲嗎！這麼大酒店居然沒有多一床被子也是很奇怪。其他服務還不錯，門僮主動取放行李，關車門。

Stayed in a heritage room for the third time over the last 15 years and the rooms are showing there age. Also maintance is lacking. 8 inch crack in basin, a builder has written 20/07/20 behind glass in toilet , presumably before it was completed for the Olympics. Door hardware loose and crooked. General appearance just above shabby. No a/c in foyer during the two night stay, meaning enjoying a drink was a sweaty affair. Broken awning about breakfast restaurant. Looks shabby now.  No one I say appears to do any cleaning.  Disappointed for what is supposed to be five star and cost $492 per night. Can’t justify going again.
