The stay was enjoyable and the staffs were friendly. They helped us to collect our parcels consisting of the items we bought online. Great experience! The room is clean and of high quality! Smoke-free room😇

Stayed at Hampton by Hilton Chenghua and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of both Western and Chinese options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Location is convenient for exploring Chengdu with easy access to transport. Overall, very good value for money—I’d definitely stay again.

Service is great, staffs are really helpful. No complaint about the price and location. However, found a cockroach in the room and bad sewage smell in bathrooms, common area and level 1 lobby. Really don’t understand how the smell get there on level 28. Simply no soundproofing for the rooms. Can hear clearly what’s going on along the walkway. I’ll definitely not return to this hotel.

Incredible week long stay in Chengdu. Ms. Wu and her team were super helpful in helping us with our lost luggage by the airline and assisted us on getting around town. The breakfast staff were friendly and made us felt at home. Food was delicious and the location was convenient. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The location of the hotel is quite good. June at the front desk also has a very good service attitude. If I need to check in at a hotel again, I will still choose to book this hotel. Tom is the man to contact in case you are looking for a good deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to receive our parcels from taobao ahead of our arrival. They have also upgraded us to the highest floor room with good view. And prepare a takeaway breakfast for us as we were checking out at 5am for a local tour. We enjoyed the experience of having a voice controlled toilet seat. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight; hotel was good to go to Panda base, but breakfast was better than Shangri-la Qinhuangdao. Overall good option for its price. Thanks
