Le jour de l'enregistrement, le comptoir s'est trompé sur le client et il a dû facturer à nouveau même s'il avait payé les frais d'hébergement dans le voyage.Il a fallu beaucoup de temps pour confirmer l'information à plusieurs reprises au comptoir. , le personnel de service s'est excusé, mais je me sentais toujours très mécontent☹️. Même si c'était le problème de l'hôtel, le service client de Trip était très sincère et immédiatement compensé, ce qui a un peu atténué l'insatisfaction dans mon cœur. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de la station de monorail Ichikawa, à 5-7 minutes à pied. En bas se trouve Don Quichotte, ce qui est très pratique pour faire du shopping ! Le petit-déjeuner comprend des sashimis, du tofu aux cacahuètes, des nouilles d'Okinawa... et de l'awamori, qui est assez riche, mais qui n'a pas beaucoup changé après trois jours de séjour.Vous pouvez voir le monorail passer par la fenêtre pour le petit-déjeuner. Il y a un four à micro-ondes dans la chambre, ainsi qu'une machine à laver et sécher, et un comptoir pour laver les fruits et les ingrédients. C'est vraiment pratique, et j'envisagerai de revenir la prochaine fois.

Excellent hotel for those who planning to travel with family especially with kids, locations is excellent, got a playroom for kids to running around, room is cozy and big enough, and they also have washing machines inside your room so you don’t have to go back and forth if you plan to wash and dry your clothes before travelling back to your home

The service staff were always helpful. Facility-wise, although the standard room was small, I am surprised to see that pots and a cooker can be loaned out at the counter. That is really something I have not seen in so many hotels, including the the 5 stars ones. I even managed to borrow a knife and a cutting board to cut apples in my room. A bit squeezy in the toilet for 2, but it is a hotel that has everything: a spray for your clothes if they smell upon returning to room, a shoe tongue, a little seat beside the shoe tongue for me to sit down while wearing my shoes, shoe cleaner/polish. All these items I don't see them in hotels outside Japan. There is also free coffee from coffee machine in lobby, and tea bags (at least 1 Japanese hotel don't supply coffee and tea in my trip)

The hotel is 5 mins walk from Tsubogawa Station of Yui Rail, very convenient to reach from Naha airport. Just downstairs is Don Quijote. Our stay is with breakfast, not a big variety of selection, though. The room is big enough and there is a washing machine inside the room for use.

The room was clean and big enough for us to open up 2 luggage. Toothbrush, shaver, tea bags, kids slippers are provided in the lobby. There is also a coffee machine with free coffee too. Hotel was connected to a 2 storey don don doki for our convenience too. Near the hotel was a 7-11 for our breakfast needs. Will gladly stay again on our next trip to japan.

It`s take only 2 minutes by walk from this station. There are some convenience stores nearby hotel.Our hotel rooms are starts from 5th floor of building from where you can see the beautiful view.There is Don Quijote shopping mall on the 1st and 2nd floor of building where you can shop anything whatever you want to buy.3rd floor and 4th floor will be car parking and finally our hotel front is on 5th floor of the building.It`s nice to know about that you are love our hotel and service.We hope you will visit here again in your future vacation.Thank you.

It's great hotel only 10 min away both from Naha Airport and Naha Bus Terminal. Rooms are quite spacious with all the amenities and even washer-dryer combo right in the room. Highly recommend! Just be aware of cleaning schedule - it's fully disclosed in hotel description so it wasn't a surprise but it's not common.

It’s a fantastic hotel with kid-friendly environment and facilities. Just a reasonable price that can have in-room washing machine and separated sink outside the washroom. It is much more benefit to family trip and take care kids in daily usage. Must stay here again if go to Okinawa next time.

Super great and convenient location, just a step to monorail station. Have laundry inside the room. Donki is right under the building so you would not be missed for food or souvenirs. But a bit noisy at night because u would hear people racing.

Repeated booking with Tokyu Stay Hotels, and this time for our Okinawa stay. Room is modern looking and clean, and perfect for our family of 3, with a 11yo kid. Room size is perfect even with 1 large, 1 medium and 1 cabin sized luggages – no issue opening all for packing. Love and appreciate the washer + dryer, they do provide laundry detergent as well. Room also has a dehumidifier machine which helped with drying some of the clothes that aren’t suitable for machine dryer. Breakfast restaurant (with the river view) and its spread is good too, but do go earlier. Location is not too bad, parking is available below the hotel (payable at extra cost), and there is also a Donki within same building. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!
