Excellent hôtel surtout si vous avez la chance de rencontrer la directrice omniprésente qui veille sur la clientèle. Les chambres sont très propres, la vue sur la rivière est magnifique. Il faut par contre accepter la musique autour de la piscine jusqu'à 22heures. Comme c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels de Chiang Rai, séminaires et célébrations sont programmés en permanence. La cuisine est médiocre. L'apéritif sur le rooftop est superbe. Le team Time de l'après midi est sans intérêt.

L'hôtel est très nouveau, le paysage de la rive du fleuve est bon, il peut être un peu épais quand il y a un bateau de voyage le jour et très calme la nuit. À 5 minutes de marche de Blue Liang, il offre également des vélos gratuits, très pratique! Le serveur de l'hôtel ne semble pas très enthousiaste pour les touristes chinois et espère que cela s'améliorera Il y a un restaurant occidental à proximité d'un fleuve, l'environnement et les produits sont très bons, la marche est également d'environ cinq minutes, cinq étoiles sont recommandées

Chainarai Riverside Recreation Centre is an underrated 5 Star hotel which will blow your mind! The hotel is huge with vast grounds, multiple parking lots, and lush tropical greenery. Located beside the Kok River, it is a grand architectural marvel of well appointed rooms, suitable for solo travelers, couples and families. The two bedroom suite has a King bed with bathtub, twin beds with rain shower, a living room, 3 TVs, 3 bathrooms, 3 ACs, ceiling high wardrobes, 3 huge balconies with full riverside views and amazingly firm comfortable beds. The building materials and fittings of the newly renovated hotel are of a quality that surpasses even 5 star hotels. The buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and has a generous menu to get your day started. The salad bar had the freshest vegetables I have ever eaten in any hotel....or restaurant. This hotel screams CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN...you can practically walk barefooted everywhere! For USD89/3,000 THB a night for the suite with breakfast (USD33/1,130 THB for Deluxe King), I'm wondering if they priced the room rates wrong, as other 5 star hotels would cost 2-3 times more...and their room size would not even be as big (112 sq m for the Suite, 39 sq m for King). For a peaceful and relaxing stay in Chiang Rai, Chainarai Riverside is the ultimate luxury getaway.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 6 nuits en couple dans la chambre Hello Kitty. La chambre était bien décorée avec un grand lit confortable et des serviettes et des feuilles propres chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est livré à votre chambre et l'équipe de réception nous a aidé, si possible, avec des questions. Il n'y a qu'une voiture de 10 minutes en cyclone, nous avons engagé la nôtre à ”Nice Rental” dans la ville et nous avons eu une nouvelle moto et aucun problème.

Le personnel était très agréable et très confortable. La piscine était bien entretenue et la salle de sport avait toutes les installations dont vous auriez besoin avec climatisation. Pas une question pour nous, comme nous avons louer des mopeds du resort, mais il est une 10 minutes de voiture au centre-ville.

I can no longer remember how many times I have stayed at the hotel. It is still our favourite, even if it is small and a bit old-fashioned. Even so, the river, the pool and the location are still my favourite places. It is true that there are other hotels, more luxurious, modern, with more facilities, on the river that can offer the same, but they are much bigger and always noisier. The rooms at IMperial are super spacious and we have everything. The only thing I would like is that at least, after having stayed there almost 10 times, we feel like they should be a little bit more attentive with us trying to provide the room we like and make our stay even better. Even so, we will continue to go there and Chiang Rai will remain one of our favourite destinations and places.

L'hôtel a été très bien rénové. Nous avons séjourné dans une salle de grands lits, de grands lits propres, de confortables lits et d'accès direct à la piscine. Il était grand pour les enfants et facile pour nous. La meilleure partie de notre expérience était un membre du personnel nommé ”Fah”. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous les types de voyageurs et il sera certainement bientôt de retour.

Hotel offers great rates. Very popular with the locals. Many parking lots for those who drives. Nearby to eateries, convenience store and a laundry mart. Local street stalls around the area for one to try out the food. Walking distance to the clock tower.
