- Il était super bruyant à la nuit, et je ne dormais pas bien. L'hôtel est situé à la croise, il était super bruyant même à 1-2 am. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit moteur des voitures de course en dehors des fenêtres.
- Nous avons réservé les Suits de taille King avec vue sur le lac, mais il est au niveau 4, il n'y a pas beaucoup de vues sur le lac, et la fenêtre est assez haute.
- Il n'y a pas d'eau ni de boissons dans le minibar.
- Nous n'avons pas mis en place d'alarme. Cependant, l'alarme dans la chambre m'a réveillé à 6 h !

The location is great. The cleanliness of our room was fantastic. I asked for a luggage cart to be at the room at x and the front desk said I needed to call for the cart. Really? It took over 15 minutes for a bellhop to arrive at 6:45 in the morning. There is an additional $25 a day charge that is not disclosed at booking. The coffee costs more than Starbucks...? We bypassed getting our room cleaned for two days. On the 3rd it was never addressed. Staff said ... oops. It used to be THE hotel to stay at in Chicago. The last two nights teenagers were running around unsupervised and making noise until security was called. Probably not going back, so sad.

L'hôtel est bien situé, le service est bon, mais l'insonorisation est épouvantable, nous étions situés au 15ème étage et on entendait le bruit de la rue et aussi de la chambre d'à côté. Il semblait que nous utilisions la même salle de bain. Nous les avons même entendus se brosser les dents et pendant le sommeil, le bruit de la douche vous réveillait. Les oreillers sont horribles. Ils n'offrent pas de service de petit-déjeuner. Mais le restaurant pour le dîner est excellent. Mais la vérité est que je ne pense pas que je le choisirais à nouveau.

J'aime beaucoup. C'est très pratique pour voyager. Je suis resté quelques nuits de plus cette fois-ci lorsque j'ai eu un événement à Chicago. IInvitéWe stayed here on a 2 day vacation after getting married (not the honeymoon). We were on the 7th floor so we thought it would be rather quiet, or, at least, not too much ambient noise from outside. We were wrong. We heard cars, sirens and utility trucks like they were right outside our window. We heard the elevator ding every time someone called for one. The walls (exterior and interior) must be very thin compared to every other hotel we've been to.
We ordered Chinese from a nearby restaurant and it was very good, but we had way more than we could finish. Opened up the fridge and it was turned off! We turned it on high and it never got very cold. We probably should have called the front desk, but instead we told them on the way out.
The ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine would not take credit cards. The rooms are dated. The bathroom lights are very bright and only one switch for all of them. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night you are blinded. This is ridiculous. There should be a way of illuminating in at least 2 stages or at least don't install concert lighting.
The staff were not friendly nor inviting. The pillows and sheets were nice, but the bet was very uncomfortable.
All in all I would never stay here again and wish I had seen a review like this when I researched area hotels.

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

2. AC/heating system had a weird noise all night, you can’t turn it on because literally you won’t sleep.
3. Shower had someone’s else hairs in the shower wall, gross.
- Hotel Manager: if you do not trust the team and their responsibilities, then you will have to do the rounds yourself to ensure your hotel is operating properly in all aspects.
- Housekeeping manager: If you do not trust your people, you will have to do the rounds yourself.
-If you still do your rounds but you don’t inspect the rooms properly, then you shouldn’t be in that position.
Room fridge isn’t working in the rooms (front desk mentioned) so they ask you if you need one to ask front desk but they are charging for it, so who’s fault is it? client or hotel? don’t charge for something you need to repair REGARDLESS. Make no sense for customer service.
Also, if you guys are having a group of “young teen/just turn 21” people, why would you put someone on the accesible room by their room? If someone requires an accesible room, in this case I didn’t required one, got assigned one, but imagine an elder person by their room. These “kids” were loud as heck until 4AM, fighting, arguing, drunk, crying, overall it was a nightmare.
Normally I have a good experience with Sheratons, but this one is overrated.
I chose this hotel because last minute the company I work for had a meeting suggesting to find different hotels that may give us a group rate for the upcoming visits we will have to do in Chicago, but there’s no way I will suggest my coworkers to stay at this hotel with a first time bad experience.
Not sure if I would give it a second try. Can’t risk it.

JJuliThe staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans.
The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

IInvitéThis is the best hotel to stay at if you have an early morning or late night flight. It was very clean and well-managed and it served our purposes.
We will use it every time we take a late night trip to Asia which we do 4 times a year at present. We were very pleased.

IInvitéJ'ai réservé une chambre sans petit-déjeuner. Il y a un endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au premier étage de l'hôtel. Vous devez le payer vous-même. Il y a un CVS non loin de l'hôtel où vous pouvez acheter de l'eau et de la nourriture. Il y a un bon restaurant thaïlandais à un pâté de maisons derrière l'hôtel. L'emplacement est extrêmement pratique, à distance de marche de toutes les principales attractions. Vous pouvez voir Grant Park de l'autre côté de la route depuis la fenêtre de l'hôtel et le lac Michigan se trouve à 200 mètres. Vous pouvez marcher le long de la source jusqu'au Riverside Walk et faire une croisière architecturale. L'Art Institute of Chicago et le Field Museum of Natural History se trouvent tous deux à proximité. Bien que la décoration de l'hôtel soit un peu vieille, il est magnifique et propre, et le service est bon, je le réserverai la prochaine fois que j'y retournerai.
