La chambre n'était pas comme sur la photo mais apres qu'on l'ai fait remarqué à l'accueil ils nous ont mis dans une chambre qui ressemblait plus à celle des photos.
Les receptionnistes sont accueillants.

« My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Changsha. The location is incredibly convenient because it’s just a few steps away from the metro exit, which makes getting around the city fast and hassle-free.
Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout the whole process. The room was comfortable and well-kept, and I loved that I could see the river right from the window. It added a nice, relaxing touch to the stay.
One of the best parts was the big projector in the room, perfect for watching TV and unwinding at night. It made the room feel modern and cozy at the same time.
Overall, this hotel offered great convenience, comfort, and value. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Changsha! »

Les ascenseurs sont constamment bondés, ce qui rend l'accès difficile. Plusieurs enseignes hôtelières différentes se partagent un même étage, chaque chambre représentant une marque différente. Quant à la prétendue « vue sur la rivière », je n'ai vu que des vitres poussiéreuses ; la vue était inexistante. La réception n'est pas ouverte 24h/24 et il est parfois difficile de joindre quelqu'un. Heureusement, on peut les contacter via WeChat. Les serviettes de toilette et de toilette sont jetables, fines et peu pratiques. La salle de bain étant souvent humide, aucune serviette n'est fournie, ce qui rend la chambre humide. Si le prix et l'emplacement sont vos seuls critères, c'est une bonne option. »

« L'accueil était très chaleureux. La chambre était propre, hygiénique et calme. Le ménage et les produits de toilette étaient changés quotidiennement. L'emplacement était idéal : de nombreux commerces se trouvaient au rez-de-chaussée et le métro était tout près. Le sous-sol de l'hôtel donnait également accès au métro, mais c'était un peu plus loin. La machine à laver était un peu bruyante, mais le sèche-linge était pratique. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place pour suspendre les vêtements dans la chambre et l'ascenseur a mis un peu de temps à arriver, mais pas longtemps. Dans l'ensemble, j'étais très satisfait. »
