5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

We stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating. We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The city view from the room was beautiful, but the view from the hotel lobby was truly breathtaking. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member — from the doorman to the receptionists and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. A special shoutout to Luna (Ms. Li Fang) at the front desk, who was especially kind, understanding, and attentive throughout my stay. I’m truly grateful for all her help and excellent service. From the comfortable sleep to the wonderful breakfast experience, I enjoyed every second of my stay and would happily come back again.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

D'habitude, je n'écris pas de mauvaises critiques ! Ce n'est pas le Grand Hyatt où j'ai séjourné il y a trois ou quatre ans. Et je ne parle même pas de la réceptionniste brusque. Nous avons dû attendre le petit-déjeuner à 9h30, et il y avait la queue dehors. Bon ! Je comprends ; c'est bondé, et l'hôtel est limité. Après avoir fait la queue pendant 20 ou 30 minutes, on nous a finalement laissé entrer à 10h. On nous a dit que le restaurant fermerait à 10h15, et quand nous sommes arrivés, le choix était assez limité. Et puis ils ont fermé tout de suite à 10h15. Soit on avait un plan B, comme ouvrir un autre restaurant, soit ils pouvaient simplement prolonger les horaires. L'expérience a été vraiment horrible. Je ne retournerai plus jamais à Changsha, avec Wanda et Negroni juste à côté. Quel gaspillage d'empirisme ! Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que si vous êtes en voyage d'affaires ou en voyage d'affaires, je vous déconseille fortement de séjourner ici. Les compétences en résolution de problèmes et en planification sont médiocres, et le petit-déjeuner est catastrophique. Pour le reste, tout est standard pour un hôtel cinq étoiles, donc pas grand-chose à redire.

Séjourner à l'hôtel Niccolo Changsha a été une expérience absolument remarquable, et le service ultra-attentionné de Mia a été le point fort ! Elle a préparé avec soin un cadeau de bienvenue et a répondu à nos demandes avec une réactivité exemplaire. Le service exclusif pendant notre séjour était méticuleux et le personnel a toujours su anticiper nos besoins avec précision. L'expérience a été irréprochable du début à la fin, et on ressent à chaque instant l'attention que l'hôtel porte à l'expérience client. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison, et le service haut de gamme est à la hauteur de sa réputation. Je le recommande vivement !

La location de l'hôtel était excellente. Près de l'aéroport et si vous avez quelques heures pour remplir, vous pouvez marcher au Bailian Outlet Shopping en 5 minutes. Shuttle gratuit à l'aéroport et lave-vaisselle à l'autoservice étaient très confortables. Je resterai ici si je dois être près de l'aéroport à c h un vol.

這一次入住長沙蓉園賓館體驗感非常好！小袁與小向還有2號樓的前台們服務格外貼心，辦理入住時主動免費升級房型。賓館是園林式國賓，裏面到處都是綠化，可以算個小公園。升級後的房間寬敞整潔。園區配有擺渡車，入住和出行都很便利，服務細緻有温度，也能叫到當地有名的小龍蝦和手工粉的外賣，距離其他人氣餐廳都不遠。
