5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

We had a lovely stay here, the room was a bit cold so we turned on the heater. Hreat texhnology, beautiful view, heated bathroom seats. We couldnt speak to our receptionist well because we are english speakers, but we had used a translator app. We used their gym and lundry facilities - was great!

A Serene Mountain Retreat: A Perfect Escape from the Hustle This mountain hotel is an absolute gem for anyone craving peace and connection with nature—easily one of my favorite getaways in recent memory. From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world). The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for. If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape. Rating: 5/5 This hotel isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and soak in nature’s beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The city view from the room was beautiful, but the view from the hotel lobby was truly breathtaking. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member — from the doorman to the receptionists and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. A special shoutout to Luna (Ms. Li Fang) at the front desk, who was especially kind, understanding, and attentive throughout my stay. I’m truly grateful for all her help and excellent service. From the comfortable sleep to the wonderful breakfast experience, I enjoyed every second of my stay and would happily come back again.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

Depuis les baies vitrées des étages supérieurs, vous pouvez admirer la montagne Yuelu, l'île Orange et le pavillon fluvial de Du Fu. Chaque jour, les enfants s'assoient près des fenêtres et comptent les trains sur l'île Orange… Vous pouvez également prendre des photos et zoomer pour voir si l'île Orange est bondée. Sinon, vous pouvez prendre le train.

Séjourner à l'hôtel Niccolo Changsha a été une expérience absolument remarquable, et le service ultra-attentionné de Mia a été le point fort ! Elle a préparé avec soin un cadeau de bienvenue et a répondu à nos demandes avec une réactivité exemplaire. Le service exclusif pendant notre séjour était méticuleux et le personnel a toujours su anticiper nos besoins avec précision. L'expérience a été irréprochable du début à la fin, et on ressent à chaque instant l'attention que l'hôtel porte à l'expérience client. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison, et le service haut de gamme est à la hauteur de sa réputation. Je le recommande vivement !

La location de l'hôtel était excellente. Près de l'aéroport et si vous avez quelques heures pour remplir, vous pouvez marcher au Bailian Outlet Shopping en 5 minutes. Shuttle gratuit à l'aéroport et lave-vaisselle à l'autoservice étaient très confortables. Je resterai ici si je dois être près de l'aéroport à c h un vol.

The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!
