IInvité5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

IInvitéWe had a lovely stay here, the room was a bit cold so we turned on the heater. Hreat texhnology, beautiful view, heated bathroom seats. We couldnt speak to our receptionist well because we are english speakers, but we had used a translator app. We used their gym and lundry facilities - was great!

IInvitéBooked Kanglai for my first time stay in Changsha as it’s near the airport, they can arrange free pick up so it’s convenient when we arrive airport at midnight. The staff is warm and friendly, answered all question we have and also provide super at night. Special thanks to the receptionist (龙姑娘）on helping us with our DIDI apps as we face some issues when trying to engage driver. This visit leaves me a good impression as this is my first time visiting China, will consider to return in future.

XXianrouxiaochengĀaaaAprès avoir séjourné trois nuits, l'hôtel est très calme et le service est très bon. Je voudrais tout particulièrement féliciter le personnel de la tante et du lave-linge du restaurant. J'ai vu le personnel masculin travailler dans le lave-linge hier soir à plus de onze heures. Le matin, il est apparu dans le restaurant, et les mouvements sont très respectables. La marche peut être effectuée à la porte de Shandong, sur la route de câble, la métro-oute de Shandong et le retour à l'hôtel, toutes sont très pratique.

IInvité1) We asked to help with luggage’s and the bellman asked: “Do you have a lot of baggage?” I said: “of course”. Unwilling to help. No greetings. 2)Front desk: no greeting when approaching. Instead we greeted them with a “Hello, we have a reservation”. No one even said hello after we greeted the staffs. 3) Confusing ticket system. Took a long time to get tickets for the nearby parks.  4) Amenities: Water wasn’t hot enough to take shower in the first night. Smoking smell in the first 2 days across the building. AC were not cooling down the room instead just fan blowing in the last 2 days. What are great way to save operating costs.  5) Check out: still no greetings, we greeted them and said thanks. No thank you from anyone from the hotel.  6) Dining: Chinese restaurant offers great services and foods. Breakfast service is horrible. We paid and we thanked all the staffs, no one single staff said thank you. Except house keeping staffs, who are the only hotel members who are showing courtesy and respect.  Totally not recommending this hotel as the city has so many newly opened international branded hotels. This hotel is even worse than the InterContiental Changsha in terms of reception and concierge services. Definitely not come here gain. Bye Bye

IInvitéI stayed at the Niccolo Changsha with a friend of mine during our trip, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is located in the tallest building in the city, which already makes the setting quite impressive. Niccolo is truly a five-star luxury hotel, with services and facilities that fully match that standard. The rooms, the atmosphere, and the overall level of comfort were exactly what you would expect from a high-end international hotel. A special mention goes to the manager, Martin Liu. I have rarely met someone so helpful, kind, and professional. He recommended several excellent local restaurants and also helped me solve a few issues even outside the scope of my stay at the hotel. His excellent English made everything very easy and smooth. Thanks to his support and the overall quality of the hotel, our stay in Changsha was even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Niccolo Changsha to anyone visiting the city.

The lush greenery and serene atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. My parents are elderly, and the free transfer cart service was incredibly handy! A special shout-out to receptionist,leyi, Shi xia, Xiao Dong and everyone who took great care of us, explaining how to get around Changsha and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kindness and attentiveness made our trip so much smoother. All our requests were promptly cared for and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also visited the Chairman Mao Museum which was free and explained in great detail such an insightful and memorable experience! And let’s not forget the food—delicious and cheap!We enjoyed every meal, from local street snacks tofu to restaurant dishes, all bursting with flavor at unbeatable. highly recommended for families, especially those with elderly members. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

IInvitéI absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The city view from the room was beautiful, but the view from the hotel lobby was truly breathtaking. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality from every staff member — from the doorman to the receptionists and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. A special shoutout to Luna (Ms. Li Fang) at the front desk, who was especially kind, understanding, and attentive throughout my stay.
