« 酒店門臉看着很破，但是裏面還不錯，房間設施還是比較齊全的，床睡着也很舒服，就是服務態度很差，我訂的家庭房肯定是要入住三個人。但是礦泉水衹給兩瓶，跟他要告訴也不能多，給就兩瓶。入住的時候明確説了要安靜房間。結果給了我一間靠近洗衣房的。晚上12點多，還有人在洗衣服，聲音特別大。打電話去前台告訴我，駐店客人洗衣她們不管。其實他們本可以提示一下客人，太晚了會打擾別人。結果完全一副不管的樣子，而且我們懷疑是酒店工作人員洗東西。 »
