Dès le premier jour, nous avons eu droit à un délicieux thé de l'après-midi, et chaque soir, une soupe sucrée était proposée en guise de collation nocturne. C'est vraiment un excellent endroit ! Les chambres sont très bien équipées et confortables, et de nombreux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir y séjourner. Le personnel de la réception est extrêmement sympathique et m'a très bien renseigné sur la façon de me rendre aux différents sites. Le dernier jour, j'avais l'intention de visiter le lac Ang Sang, et ils ont eu la gentillesse de vérifier pour moi, m'informant qu'il était fermé. Cela m'a évité de faire le déplacement pour rien. Un immense merci ! »

« À mon arrivée, la réception a ajouté WeChat et a envoyé les emplacements des attractions à proximité ainsi que les précautions à prendre. Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a attendu à l'entrée pour me guider vers le parking, et comme il pleuvait, ils nous ont même tenu un parapluie et nous ont aidés avec nos bagages, c'était vraiment chaleureux. L'hôtel de style cour est très spécial. La climatisation était déjà allumée dans notre chambre, et des fruits et un goûter nous ont été offerts. Le design de la chambre était très satisfaisant. Après nous être reposés, nous avons pu nous rendre en une quinzaine de minutes à pied à l'ancienne résidence de Lu Xun, au jardin Baicao et au Sanyuan Shuwu, malgré la pluie. Il y a aussi un parking gratuit. Une expérience de séjour super satisfaisante. »

IInvitéLes chaussures sont comme le graphique, ils sont tous en verre, il n'y a pas de moyen de laver, les chaussures peuvent exiger des chaussures en plastique, empruntées à l'intérieur du salon, climatisation au-dessus du lit, coucher droit au sommeil, très inconfortable. Regardez les autres environnements d'évaluation, c'est la chambre qui a été fixée. En fait, toutes les chambres sont connectées, c'est un hôtel de voiture fleuris en dehors de la chambre. Et les chambres de séjour? Je n'ai jamais vécu une chambre aussi chaleureuse! Les grands étages de la porte semblent très beaux. Vous voyez d'autres commentaires qui disent que vous pouvez aider à déménager les bagages, mais il y a deux filles sur la réception. Est-ce vraiment délice de les aider à déménager les bagages? Le chanteur peut dire que la commercialisation est très bonne, ne continuez pas la prochaine fois.

IInvitéThe location is fantastic! It’s a remote hotel not far from the Fuzhi Rice Terraces. It’s a great place for the summer time when you want to relax by the pool and have a walk amongst the fields. They had fireworks which was a lovely touch. I maybe go back. However, the place is very dirty and is in need of a deep clean. There was a dirty plate in our room, the door on the inside of our bathroom is black at the bottom, the pool needs a clean and the tiles need fixing, the white curtains in the dining area are old and need replacing, there is dust in the corners or the windows as you eat. This place is great but it could be SO much better with a deep clean every month. There are different members of staff and the man on the last day was much more attentive than the first day. Instead of being on the phone, those men could be cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the place. It’s too expensive for what you get.

MMs. BhawanaWe stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers.
First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children.
Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted.
Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times.
While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating.
Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

IInvitéBeautifully located about 1.7km from city center at a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and serene next to a river. It's easily access by online taxi booking.
We love the awards winning Southen Song Dynasty design of the property , however we noticed that the management didn't really put in efforts to upkeep the place.
We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which we have access to the Riverside garden. It's a shame that the garden are not maintained and the furniture in the garden are not clean to tho use.
I'm sorry to say that staffs attitude are pretty standard or below, not warm nor cold , didn't make the guests feel welcomed.

BBashinianhuanyoushijieLa deuxième fois que je suis resté, le Liu Zhou est cool, très confortable ici, le vent de la vallée, qui a pris le vent. La piscine ne peut pas éclater le soleil après cinq heures, vous pouvez faire de l'eau. Le personnel de service est également très enthousiaste d'avoir des parents.

IInvitéLa salinité de la chambre est très propre, la décoration est très antique, très calme et libre. Convient pour rester immobile, le patron contactera préalablement pour informer l'attention. Le repas de la bouffe est très délicieux, la tante est très enthousiaste. Très intime, la prochaine fois sera là.
