Nestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

酒店位置在紹興古城區，自駕的話從停車場走過來大概需要十分鐘左右。跟着導航很好找。 環境：典型的江南院落，到的時候正好趕上雨天，很有煙雨江南的感覺。酒店裡麪的造景跟環境貼合的非常好，古韻和現代風格很好的進行了融合。 曲水流觴-國風下午茶:預訂的房間含了下午茶，有六種口味的點心，還有水果。需要提前跟前台小姐姐預約，大概等了半小時就送到了房間。 DIY漆扇: 在公區製作，扇子也是找前台小姐姐拿。可以根據自己喜歡的顏色調製。跟其他客人交流了一下，做出來的效果也比較滿意。 客房:客房寬敞整潔，有院子。床品的感覺很好，大床床墊稍偏軟，但是彈性很好。牙具和其他潔具質感很好，可以跟星級酒店的媲美。茶葉和咖啡的口感都很不錯。 服務：服務很好，趕上雨天，服務人員幫忙拿傘和找其他雨具和裝傘的袋子。前台也很貼心的帶去客房。有需要幫忙的地方也都隨時響應，服務很好。 值得推薦。

Avant le Nouvel An chinois, j'ai emmené ma famille à Shaoxing pour un voyage. Notre premier hôtel était le Kaiyuan Guantang. Après notre installation, nous avons fait une promenade en bateau traditionnel à auvent. Le coucher de soleil à 16h30 était magnifique, le soleil illuminant la rivière. Notre gouvernante, Xiaoyi, avait préparé avec soin le petit-déjeuner et s'assurait quotidiennement de notre bien-être. Le soir de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu la bénédiction du Dieu de la Richesse et mon enfant a reçu plusieurs lingots et pièces d'or. Nous avons également participé à une soirée autour d'un feu de joie, dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux chaque matin ; j'ai particulièrement apprécié le tofu soyeux et les crêpes aux légumes confits. L'hôtel propose une laverie automatique, très pratique. Au moment du départ, nous avons reçu un cadeau : du tofu fermenté Xianheng et des légumes confits – très utiles. Un colis étant arrivé après notre départ, nous avons dû demander à Fenglin, membre du personnel, de le renvoyer à Shanghai. Merci pour votre réactivité ! L'hôtel est situé à proximité du mausolée de Dayu, qui offre des sentiers de randonnée. Par temps clair, grimper jusqu'au sommet et admirer le panorama exceptionnel sur toute la région est une expérience merveilleuse !

Environnement : Très bon. Il est situé à l'arrière de la zone panoramique des dix-neuf sommets, construit le long de la rivière Hanfei. Il a un accès exclusif à l'échelle d'escalade (l'ascenseur monte tout droit sur plus de 100 mètres). Je peux trouver le village de Xiayanbei non loin de la porte arrière. C'est très pratique. Service : Service de style majordome. Le majordome Sakura nous a contacté par téléphone et a ajouté WeChat 2 jours avant l'enregistrement. Il est très pratique de nous contacter via WeChat si nécessaire. L'hôtel propose une variété d'activités et séjourner à l'hôtel est très enrichissant. Il y a des activités de randonnée dirigées par le chef d'équipe tous les jours. Nous avons participé à la randonnée dans la jungle et aux activités amusantes dans le village de Xiayanbei en 2 jours. très gentil et nous a expliqué diverses choses pendant la randonnée, les plantes s'entendent bien avec les enfants. Il y a des feux d'artifice tous les soirs pendant la fête nationale, même pendant la fête nationale, l'hôtel ne semble pas bondé. La réponse du service est relativement rapide et l'expérience globale est excellente ! Installations : Toutes les installations sont complètes et les installations de divertissement sont relativement riches. Il y a une ferme équestre où vous pouvez nourrir les chevaux et les lapins, conduire les chevaux et interagir avec les chevaux. Seule la restauration fait un peu défaut : il n'y a qu'un seul restaurant chinois avec moins de plats à choisir. Le restaurant occidental est extrêmement cher et nécessite une réservation à l'avance.

寧波過去，高速出口偶然間發現了這家半山腰上的酒店，從停車場到酒店大堂需要坐電梯上樓，前台小夥子挺好的，帶我去前台辦了入住手續，送我上樓的過程中也介紹了酒店的美術館、陶藝館和雅學館等特色，房間挺大的，推窗出去是一大片草坪，早上感覺特別好，好多小鳥在上面玩耍😃😃😃，這生態👍👍👍確實適合放空養生[跳跳][跳跳][跳跳]雅樂館的藝術課程，感覺對我這個手殘黨好像也挺友好[呲牙][呲牙]這次因為沒有計劃，需要趕赴下一站，陶藝館就等我下次有時間再來體驗吧！

在五一熱鬧繁忙的節日裏找到了這家鬧中取靜的酒店，環境很不錯，我和老公都是喜歡安靜的人，這家很符合我們的要求，看似人流量很密集，但住了2天感覺人也不是特別多，特別是去爬山，整個山上就寥寥數人，空氣很清新，天然的氧吧；在房間裏看到一本書上寫着這些建築是 由明清徽派古建復建（88棟老宅），Jaya Ibrahim收官之作；全木榫卯、天井庭院、雕花樑柱，一步一景，真的像住進古建博物館一樣！服務員也都很客客氣氣，特別是晚歸後會詢問是否需要服務，唯一不足之處是：在五一客流高峯期，門店前台場地狹小，保潔人員人手有限、打掃週轉跟不上節奏。前台工作人員可以在前一天主動致電預約客人，結合門店次日的到店客流預估、房間清掃進度以及在崗人手情況，合理引導、建議錯峯到店時間。這樣既能有效緩解前台擁擠扎堆的情況，減少到店客人排隊等待的問題，也能減輕保潔和前台接待的工作壓力，讓整體接待秩序更順暢，提升客人的到店體驗。

幾年前路過覆卮山，就被這家灑滿陽光的落地窗和門前油菜花田吸引，一直記着要帶娃來。這次終於如願入住，體驗超棒！ 管家提前一天對接全程，代訂餐廳、提前點菜，省心又方便。最感動的是管家小牛——週日一早帶隊逛遍覆卮山主要景點，還貼心用無人機和相機記錄下超多美好瞬間，全程任勞任怨。臨走又送上伴手禮，接待親切又用心。 整體行程非常愉快，下次再來覆卮山，一定還選這家！

We really felt in Italy! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the staff and the kitchen chef, they were amazing and really friendly, did their best to make us comfortable. Specially and great thanks to Aimee she was the best and always ready to help us with everything that we needed. The hotel amenities like the archery and mini golf gave us a nice experience, the outdoor swimming pool and mini golf could use some maintenance, but nothing to complain. We had a great time.

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.
