Hôtels à Dambulla avec bar

Un très bel hôtel de villégiature avec des montagnes et de l'eau au loin et un très bon environnement naturel. La piscine est grande et très propre. La chambre, la salle de bain et le balcon sont également très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner était servi au bord du lac. Il était riche et délicieux. Je suis content de l'avoir choisi.

We were a group persons from France on an excursion and we slept here last night… I couldn’t be happier and delighted to have stayed at this hotel… it was just perfect ! We have the occasion to visit many hotels in the world with our job… but this one had something different, something special… from the welcome till we left we felt like home … the receptionist people were so kind, Sena took care of us like he were family ! And we really felt like it was a family dinner at night… the food was incredible and I mean it… the rooms were really clean, the bathroom amazing, the breakfast was huge and delicious… we were almost sad we only stayed here one night… if you ever have to come to this region of Sri Lanka, please come visit this hotel and say hi to Sena he will make you fall in love with this beautiful country … Nous étions un groupe de personnes de France en excursion et nous avons dormi ici la nuit dernière… Je ne pourrais pas être plus heureux et ravi d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel… c'était tout simplement parfait ! Nous avons l'occasion de visiter de nombreux hôtels dans le monde avec notre travail… mais celui-ci avait quelque chose de différent, quelque chose de spécial… de l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous… les réceptionnistes étaient si gentils, Sena s'est occupé de nous comme lui étaient de la famille ! Et nous avions vraiment l'impression que c'était un dîner de famille le soir… la nourriture était incroyable et je le pense vraiment… les chambres étaient vraiment propres, la salle de bain incroyable, le petit déjeuner était énorme et délicieux… nous étions presque tristes de ne rester ici qu'une nuit… si jamais vous devez venir dans cette région du Sri Lanka, n'hésitez pas à venir visiter cet hôtel et dire bonjour à Sena il vous fera tomber amoureux de ce beau pays…

Situé à environ 10 minutes du centre de Dambulla, Tuktuk est un hôtel calme entouré d'une forêt de manguiers. Plusieurs singes sautaient de temps en temps et sautaient dans le grenier de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le service est tout à fait en place. J'ai l'impression que le taux d'occupation n'est pas élevé, ce qui peut être la raison de l'emplacement. Il y a un dépanneur à la porte. Tuktuk chez lui devrait prêter plus d'attention à la négociation. Ne l'écoute pas se vanter. Ne me demandez pas pourquoi je sais. Mauvais vieux, très mauvais !

L’hôtel est exceptionnel, merci beaucoup au personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. La chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Emplacement idéal, à proximité de tout, surtout à côté de Temple d'Or de Dambulla, l’endroit absolument à visiter. Je conseille vivement !!!!

We stayed at Amaara Forest for 3 nights at the start of a 7 night tour! The hospitality was fabulous, so attentive and welcoming! Shout out to Freddie and Mr Samanta! We felt we had a really personal service. The food is superb, so tasty and the staff couldn’t have done any more to accommodate every request and personal choice. The rooms are spacious and everything you need is catered for. Lots of wildlife as well! Loved the monkeys! We would definitely recommend Amaara Forest and hope to return one day!!

This hotel is in a lovely position. We enjoyed watching the antics of the monkeys and peacocks. Our bungalow with a spacious balcony had a mezzanine floor was very dark. The blinds on the windows and doors were broken and we were unable to lift them to open and let in more light. Everything was very clean and toiletries replaced. It is very much a transit hotel with very large groups of tourists. So the dining room was quite noisy. We thought the food only average. One breakfast was absolute chaos because a couple of coach loads were leaving at roughly the same time. So they all came in to the dining room together and the staff just could not cope, although they did their very best. Meanwhile four managers were in reception chatting, instead of lending a hand. Live music was played during dinner, which was pleasant, but somewhat loud. Reception staff were very helpful and arranged for us to have a cake at our table as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely touch.

C'est mon deuxième voyage au Sri Lanka et je suis si heureux de trouver cette bijoux cachée! J'ai aimé mon séjour à l'herbe sauvage. La villa était énorme, minimaliste, raffinée, tranquille avec toutes les essences que j'avais besoin. Le balcon est parfait pour une bière relaxante, lire un livre ou simplement méditer ou s'asseoir avec les sons de la nature autour de vous. J'ai vu des singes, des oiseaux, des grosses, des tortues, même un poulet dans le sol. Il est très utile de découvrir les rochers, les ruines, les montagnes, les champs de riz, la vie du village et plus encore sans trop de temps de voyage. Le personnel était super gentil, attentif, soignant et utile et me assuré que j'avais tout ce que j'avais besoin pendant mon séjour, même avec notre arrivée super-temps 4h. Nous avons perdu le trafic et les sites tout au long de la route et il était agréable de se réveiller de ce long jour de voyage dans un endroit si joli, mais si une longue conduite après votre vol n'est pas votre chose considérer une nuit plus proche de l'aéroport d'abord et de monter le lendemain si votre Le vol arrive tard. Le bonus de ce que j'ai été privilégié de rester à un moment où le resort, l'île elle-même avait seulement des touristes minimaux, donc ne gaspillez pas le temps de réfléchir à cela réservez votre séjour dès que vous pouvez venir ici et profiter de ce luxe comme ce magique L'île peut parfois être occupée. Un peu triste de changer de places demain après un séjour si beau dans les tranquilles environs de gazon sauvage mais attendez un voyage de retour et se réjouit de pouvoir le recommander à d'autres et remercier tous les employés qui m'ont regardé pendant mon séjour !

Kalundewa retreat is a beutiful place designed preserving the nature. The service provided is also as expected and the food was also tasty. Staff is also nice and friendly and is always available for anything you need. We stayed at karanda chalet and the chalet was also spacious enough. The garden is also well maintained and overall it’s a beutiful place. Few recommendations that is better if done. 1. On top of the karanda chalet outdoor pool it’s a tree with lots of bats. As nature calls their feces also sometimes fall into the pool and a lot of leaves too fall into the pool. We are very happy to see the pool in the middle of nature but having a dip and swimming in that outdoor pool is a bit risky.. so we didnt swim. If you can please clean the pool as much as possible before the guests arrive and try to come up with an idea to cover the pool when not in use. 2. So many glasses at karanda chalet are at a location that is not possible to clean daily.. clean them as much as possible and try to clean the outdoor glass doors before the next guest arrives ( so they have a crystal clear view through the glasses) 3. When we arrived a lot of leaves were fallen on the outdoor deck and the day bed cushions were not cleaned. I understand that according to the location of the karanda chalet if is very hard to keep it clean with the monkeys and the massive amount of large trees on top of it but I feel you can give a bit more effort to clean and keep to give a good looking first impression about the chalet to the guests. Please clean the outdoor day bed cushions and keep them separately so the guests can use them when needed ( otherwise the monkeys sit on them and make it dirty) 4. Bathroom is nice but being a five star hotel the bathroom amneties could have been of better quality. When ever possible please replace them to a luxury category. Also please keep up with your service. We had a nice stay there.
