bon. mais le climatiseur n'est pas froid. J’aimerais qu’il y ait une brosse à dents gratuite. Il n'y a pas non plus d'ascenseur.

Endroit simple, personnel extrêmement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est assez maigre et pas vraiment à mon goût. Le goût est différent, même si c'est personnel.

La chambre est propre et le service est sympathique. L'hôtel compte 4 étages mais pas d'ascenseur. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle vous arrivez à l'hôtel, le service prendra l'initiative de vous aider à trouver une place de parking.

Ça vaut le prix. Accessible à tout transport. Le petit déjeuner était juste du café et du pain, je pensais qu'ils avaient préparé le petit déjeuner hahaha mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien. Endroit sûr pour les voyageurs.

+ emplacement, à distance de marche il y a de nombreux établissements alimentaires, magasins de légumes, etc. +Sans problème dans l'espace commun vous pouvez obtenir des couverts, de la vaisselle, un accès à l'eau bouillante, au micro-ondes, à l'eau potable +Wi-Fi ok +Le personnel est sympathique et aide avec tout. ---- un énorme, énorme inconvénient est la terrible audibilité. Si vous venez pour la nuit - ok, si pour un séjour plus long - vous dormirez extrêmement mal.

Overall, offers excellent value for money. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay with a central location, friendly service, and thoughtful perks like free breakfast, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Well, we stayed in this hotel for 4 days and it was catastrophic. First, there is no window in the room with access to fresh air. When we booked a room on trip it was written that it has a city view, I will tell you the truth it is not having any view at all. All you can see is white walls and ants chilling in the room. The window is looking to the corridor but it doesn’t provide any access to fresh air. Secondly, the bathroom is really small and you probably will face the door while doing your things. The sink is small and full of ants having bath procedures. Turning on the shower is a total quest, because it doesn’t have any signs what person is supposed to turn to make it work! Thirdly, the place itself is very loud and you won’t have any silence. We woke up several times per night and things didn’t change at all. And finally, the towels are disgustingly bad, you take shower and wipe your body with it and towel linens are sticking to your body and you are still wet:( we asked staff to provide other towels but there wasn’t any cotton towels at all. When you are leaving staff asks to leave your keys at the counter which is really suspicious. We left once and our cotton towels were taken away, I was asking staff to return them back, they did but it was very unpleasant knowing that someone opened the wardrobe without our permission We had to ask a blankets because there weren’t any in the room. AC wasn’t working properly, no fresh air so I got sick. Avoid coming to this place if you don’t want to get sick, you will be breathing the same air every day without any possibility of ventilation:( P.S. there is no lift, be prepared to carry your belongings and luggage upstairs We modified our booking to change dates and make an earlier checkout, they declined my request and didn’t refund money. I don’t know why they have such a good reviews here and on Google.

This is the place for any traveler who wants both a comfortable stay & good service at affordable rate. It was wonderful and I will definitely stay there again.☺️

The Strand dormitel is a quaint home away from home. Their solo room has the basic amenities you can expect. The staff are very courteous and respectful. Their breakfast of coffee and fresh bread is just right to start your day. I will definitely book a stay with them in my next Davao travel. Kudos to the team for a job well done.

My family stayed for one night, and they loved it so much. The place is neat and clean, and the staff is very approachable. My family had a nice sleep.
