L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon, l'hygiène est aussi bonne. La piscine est bonne, adaptée pour se détendre ou apprendre Le restaurant est très bon, beaucoup de nourriture. Les deux soirs où vous vivez ici sont très agréables. Tout à fait profiter de notre lune de miel ❤️ Hotel aslo nous offre une chambre douce 🌹 Surtout nous donner une surprise à l'heure du dîner 😂

Bel hôtel réception à l’arrivée dans le style kenyan Personnel très serviable et souriant Buffets large avec du choix et qualité : fruits frais en direct, spécialités locales, … selon vos goûts. Piscine vaste et entretenue. Plage avec trop peu de transats et mer difficile d’accès Chambres spacieuses wifi un peu compliquée à utiliser selon les lieux. Dernier point important : demander BRIAN WhatsApp +254 733 935330 sur la plage, local parlant Français qui saura vous organiser sorties et excursions sur mesure à prix attractifs comparés à ceux de l’hôtel. Fiable, honnête et très gentil.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Superbe hôtel , tout le personnel est super gentil , un grand merci à Zuhra de la réception qui parle bien Français et fait tout pour la satisfaction des clients . Perso , rien à signaler de négatif si ce n'est sur la plage les vendeurs de souvenir et racoleurs pour les balades en bateau qu'il suffit de repousser gentiment .

L hôtel est magnifique et à 1ere vue les chambres le sont aussi. Passé l émerveillement on s aperçoit que tout n est pas aussi merveilleux que prévu. Climatisation en panne, robinet défectueux, tapis un peux douteux etc.... Les piscines sont magnifiques, mais il y a eu un matin où nous avons eu interdiction de nous baigner. Au début on nous a dit quelques minutes, ensuite une heure et le délai s est allongé pour finir par le fameux pollé pollé. Le restaurant du midi est fort long alors que nous étions peu nombreux, en revanche le soir c'est un marathons et il fait s accrocher à son assiette si on ne veut pas repartir au bout de 10mn. Sauf pour le restaurant dit japonais où tout le monde est souriant et sympathique, la nourriture est en plus excellente. De manière générale le personnel est peu avenant, hautain et inaccessible. Un 5 étoiles c'est un tout, il faut que l accueil soit à la hauteur de l hôtel et là c'est loin d'être le cas. Je ne peux malheureusement que le déconseiller, ce sera le seul point négatif de notre voyage au Kenya et nous regrettons d y être allés

We were privileged to stay at Bahari Dhow Villas between August 1 and Augus 6, 2023. We were attracted to the serenity of the facility, and the accessibility of the pools next to the villas (villa has three great and well-kept pools), which our children really loved, as well as its location on the beach (allowed us rest and dining at the beach). The highlight of our stay was the tasty food from the restaurant and great customer service from the reception team (Lillian + Jerome) to the workers (Steven), the waiters (Chai + Caxton), and the pool attendant (Daniel). These individuals made our stay enjoyable, and we would like to thank them! The villas are also spacious, with the kitchen having a good oven and fridge (even though the kitchen would do with addition crockery and cutlery). The flip side of our visit was the acceptance into the property of rowdy, party-going travelers that occupied the villa next two ours, two days to our departure. The last two days were characterized by rowdy behavior that included blaring music, from early morning, aimless consumption of alcohol including around the pool to some unwelcome making out in the pool! With a mixed crowd of families with infants and small children, to mature citizens as patrons, we would have hoped that the instructions were clear on the type of activity and behavior permissible in the premises. This was not the case and forced us to complain to the reception on two occasions about the music and general disruption. On the villar itself, we feel that a thorough cleaning is due, especially in the kitchen area (walls and electronics) and the lounge chairs (external and internal ones). Also, our mattress in the master bedroom may do with a change as we kind of sunk into the middle, ruining a good night of rest.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel grâce auquel nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kenya. Un merci tout particulier à notre femme de chambre Lucy, notre serveur Vincent au restaurant, à Livia pour ses excellents samosas, à Biosha pour ces délicieuses crêpes et aux animateurs Ali Baba et Hope pour leur gentillesse. Les jardiniers font un travail exceptionnel pour entretenir le parc de l’hôtel qui est vraiment magnifique. Grand choix de nourriture aux restaurants, barmen très sympathiques. Piscines très agréables et propres. Chambres spacieuses et bonne literie. Petite suggestion pour le restaurant : proposer des crèmes glacées. Seul petit bémol concernant la plage: elle est vraiment magnifique mais il est malheureusement impossible de s’y installer en raison des très nombreux Beachboys qui ne cessent de vous harceler pour vous vendre des souvenirs. C’est dommage car on achète un séjour en bord de l’ocean pour pouvoir profiter de la plage et non pas pour s’installer dans le jardin. Nous garderons d’excellents souvenirs de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Asante Sana à toutes et tous!

Though Kaskazi is undoubtedly not as sparkling as it might have been in its heyday, the value for money is pretty good for a prime location, huge hotel, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A large pool (could do with a bit of a clean), tasty food, and large rooms with AC. I liked that there was easy beach access and it’s walking distance to the shops and bars and restaurants that I like in diani. There’s even some activities for the kids. We came as a large running club and we got an excellent deal and were made to feel welcome. It’s big enough to accommodate large groups and not feel crowded.
