A new and fresh hotel with modern technology such as voice-controlled functions in the room and a robot that delivers ordered food. etc. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise good. The breakfast could have had something more to offer.

來連雲港陪爸媽探望老戰友，前幾天入住的是希爾頓歡朋，由於酒店沒有親子房所以攜程推薦了蘭歐國際酒店，酒店應該算是比較新的，先説好的1:車子停酒店門口看我們拿着行李下車馬上就有人過來幫我們抬行李！2:機器人不能及時送外賣時候酒店工作人員也會第一時間幫忙送上來，服務態度是非常好的！
再來説一下不足之處:1:餐廳的工作人員應該加強一下培訓，菜品在盤子裏的時候就不應該用抹布再擦拭盤子邊緣了！看着就很不衞生！2:餐廳裏後廚的大媽們聊天嗓門可以降低一下音量！已經影響到客人用餐咯！3:早餐廳的餛飩煮完就吃這口感還是糊的…也不知道是煮的時間久了還是餛飩本身冷凍的時間久了…總之想辦法改進一下的話會更好！

家附近新開的酒店，這次是和老公回家掃墓，定了三晚，價格實惠，房間裏很安靜設施很齊全，最最關鍵的是離我奶奶家很近，早上起來收拾收拾走兩分鐘就到奶奶家吃飯了，每天晚上回房間後都能看見房間裏被收拾的乾乾淨淨，瓶裝水也補齊了，還有一套小茶具，對於愛喝茶的人來説簡直太貼心啦，後續就是再回家還會繼續入住，真的性價比很高！

這次的入住體驗真是出乎我的意料，從預訂到離店，每一個細節都做得非常到位。一進酒店大堂，就被那種温馨而高雅的氛圍所吸引。接待人員熱情周到，耐心為我解答各種問題，讓我倍感親切。
我所入住的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得既現代又不失温馨。床鋪非常舒適，一躺下就彷彿置身於雲端，讓人瞬間忘記了一天的疲憊。浴室設施也非常齊全，乾濕分離的設計既實用又貼心。
酒店的服務更是一流。無論是早餐、客房服務還是其他各種需求，工作人員都能迅速、準確地滿足。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也非常不錯。晚上還有免費的茶點供應，真是讓人感到驚喜。
此外，酒店的位置也非常便利，周邊交通發達，無論是自駕還是公共交通都非常方便。周邊還有很多購物和餐飲場所，非常適合休閑度假。
這次入住體驗非常棒，我會毫不猶豫地向朋友推薦這家酒店，並期待下次再次入住。

酒店比較新，設施智能，前台服務很貼心專業，床品是舒服的那種，比較好睡，離酒店不遠的有個「深夜食堂」小日料也做的蠻好。

先講優點，酒店外觀和屋內裝修風格很不錯，看起來很高端，服務人員也很熱情。
再談缺點:金玉其表，敗絮其中！
住的房間一股酸臭味，前台説是因為除味用的醋，不知道這是除味還是添味。因為沒有別的空房了所以前台免費升級了房型。
舟車勞頓想要洗個澡，前台告訴沒有熱水，要等晚上才有。過年期間飯局一身煙酒味，晚上回來想要洗個澡，前台説還沒熱水。沒有熱水到賓館也是頭一次住，無語到了極點，凌晨一點鐘頂着寒風到洗浴中心洗澡。
第二天早上還沒有熱水，用冷水洗的漱，前台説熱水還沒修好，説保證晚上能修好。到了晚上洗澡噴頭就像滴瀝一樣灑水，水小到可憐，洗漱台的熱水更是時有時無。
頭一次見控制不了空調的智能音響，還總是網絡異常 ，想搞全屋智能也搞不明白，桌子上的裝飾小燈更是連總控開關都控制不了，還是個單獨的開關需要自己去關。
保潔更是一言難盡，床單雖然不用換但是居然連被子都不整理一下，是因為我自己簡單鋪了一下所以就不需要整理了嗎。換下來的一次性拖鞋走的時候隨意脱在屋子中央，走的時候什麼樣回來時候還是什麼樣，更離譜的是還有一瓶保潔用的白醋擺在洗手枱上沒收走，是讓我自己打掃的意思嗎。
總而言之，一塌糊塗！
