« L'emplacement de l'hôtel est absolument fantastique, très pratique pour visiter les sites touristiques. Le salon de thé panoramique offre une vue imprenable sur la place Yangtianwo, le pont Dujiangyan Nanqiao et l'ancienne ville de Guankou. La vue est vraiment unique et intéressante. Les installations sont simples et fonctionnelles, supérieures à celles d'un hôtel économique moyen. Compte tenu de l'emplacement et du supplément du Nouvel An chinois, le prix global reste raisonnable et très abordable. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisant pour nos besoins, et les nouilles de riz étaient délicieuses. La première nuit, il y a eu un problème avec les équipements de notre chambre. Après en avoir parlé le soir, ils nous ont donné une chambre de même catégorie le lendemain. La communication avec la réception a été très fluide et le personnel était très serviable. »

« Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est excellent. J'ai marché environ trois minutes depuis la gare. L'hôtel est tout près du célèbre panda et de la vieille ville du comté de Guan. Quant à la propreté, je dois dire que je suis très satisfait. Les toilettes, les lits et le sol sont propres et agréables à regarder. Le service est excellent. Mouchoirs, bouteilles d'eau et même des bonbons sont disponibles en libre-service, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez les récupérer si vous en avez besoin. Les toilettes sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le seul bémol est la taille de la chambre (ce qui n'est pas un problème majeur). Dans l'ensemble, je suis très satisfait de ce séjour et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. »

« Visiter Dujiangyan en famille, choisir l'Homewood Suites by Hilton était une excellente idée ! L'hôtel est à seulement une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du site touristique. La chambre est spacieuse, bien agencée, le canapé-lit est pratique et tout est propre, sans odeur désagréable. Le salon est bien équipé, très pratique pour les repas chauds et les boissons. Le service est attentionné et chaleureux ; le personnel de la réception et de l'entretien est aimable et ils répondent même aux besoins des enfants. L'hôtel est entièrement équipé : un bar ouvert 24h/24, une laverie en libre-service et une salle de sport sont disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner propose un large choix. On peut se rendre aux attractions à pied et le transport est pratique. Nous avons passé un séjour sûr et confortable, toute la famille est satisfaite, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour les voyages en famille avec enfants ! »

« 1. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit et la salle de bain grands, et l'eau chaude abondante. Le lavabo était également de grande taille. Cet espace généreux a rendu le voyage facile et relaxant, comme à la maison. La chambre était entièrement équipée, dans un style chinois moderne, simple et élégant. 2. Le service était excellent. Les deux jeunes femmes étaient souriantes et très aimables. Elles nous ont spontanément donné des conseils de voyage et se sont régulièrement assurées que nous ne manquions de rien au petit-déjeuner. Les deux jeunes hommes étaient non seulement beaux, mais aussi très enthousiastes. Notamment le jeune homme qui nous a accueillis le premier jour : il est venu nous chercher au pied du mont Qingcheng et nous a proposé de nous emmener en ville. Ce service nous a fait sentir incroyablement bienvenus. 3. L'environnement naturel était harmonieux. Le chien de la maison d'hôtes était doux et adorable, affectueux sans être collant. Il acceptait d'être nourri sans voler de nourriture et interagissait avec les gens lorsqu'on le caressait. Il a même remué la queue quand vous êtes monté dans votre voiture avant de partir. En bref, ce séjour a été fantastique et je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage au mont Qingcheng. »

« This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us.
The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan. »
