Hideout Hotel

The 1 bedroomed apar**ent I stayed in was lovely, very clean and modern with a small well equipped kitchen including toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher tea bags and coffee sachets. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom large and attractive with a lovely walk in shower. The hotel is in a lovely location, in the old part of Hull, the Marina is about a 10 minute walk. Points to note,; it's a stones throw from Hull Minster and the bells are loud and ring every 15 minutes 24/7. The windows are not double glazed to prevent sound from the outside, but ear plugs are provided. There is no reception or staff onsite, so you need to know what room you are staying in and you need a PIN to access the property and your room. Call the hotel direct to arrange this as the trio confirmation does not include room number or PIN.

The Mary Poppins of accomodation.... Practically Perfect in every Way. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen space with utensils and dishwasher, lifts, NO KEYS TO LOSE! Friendly and helpful staff, ace location, brilliant communication. Early check-in and late check out available. We went as a trio to celebrate a birthday. Communication was fantastic from the start, including suggestions of where to eat and drink, locations of shops etc. All requests were delivered on time and the birthday display was super. The team went above and beyond to make our stay the fabulous one that it was. Will absolutely use again.

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent stay at Hideout Hotel earlier this month. Our apar**ent was spotless, well done to the cleaners, and it is very well equipped. Very central location, in a very beautiful and welcoming City.

Nice apar**ent but VERY noisy! There was noise from the street nearly all night, which was then replaced by a street cleaner. There is no way you could sit on the Terrace with all the people walking past. There are all these great reviews on here so I’m disappointed that we didn’t have a good night’s sleep while we were there.

We've stayed several times at the Hideout and can highly recommend. Great style, location, attention to detail and service - an item left during our last stay was posted on promptly and with no additional charge.

This hotel apar**ent is probably the best place we’ve ever stayed in! The apar**ent is spacious, clean, modern, and it included all the little things you may need. The location is also perfect as it is within walking distance to the market (just below), museums, local restaurants, shops, and shopping centers. Since I have family living in Hull, it was very convenient for everyone to visit us; they would just park in the parking garage across the road and walk a few minutes to our apar**ent. The hosts are super sweet, communicative, friendly, and extremely helpful. We had a wee issue with the hot water on our first night, and they took care of it immediately, resolved the problem, and followed up with us. Finally, I must admit when I saw the ear plugs placed on our bed, I did worry a little. However, the ringing of the church bells next door did NOT bother any of us at all! It was actually quite beautiful and soothing. Never used the ear plugs once! We will definitely stay at the HIDEOUT again when we return to Hull! (I may have cried a little when we left for London to stay in a regular hotel, LOL!)

Booked a night's stay for a family gathering to celebrate my daughter coming home from Australia, and my sister coming home from Canada, for a holiday. There was 8 of us so booked 2 two bedroom apar**ents and 1 one bedroom apar**ent (accessible for wheelchair for my sister). All the apar**ents were spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything in them you could possibly want. Also very central to the old town of Hull. Easy self-check in via a code on the door which is emailed few days in advance. Enya happy to help with any questions or queries via email, and very pleased to meet her in person as we checked out. Would definitely recommend these apar**ents to anyone looking for accommodation in hull.

Absolutely beautiful place, very accommodating and quiet. Loved my two nights stay. I could actually live there, clean and all you needed. The decor was so lovely and thought out, they even put the radio on for when I first checked in, how sweet ☺️ Nice filtered coffee and tea options. Shower was amazing.

Another fabulous stay at Hideout Hull. It’s the ONLY place we’ll stay when we’re in town. Still dog friendly. Still fabulous. It’s consistently excellent and there’s not much more to say than that! If only more hotels were as great as Hideout…
