reçu chambre a 11h30..(chose rare ds les hôtels à Eilat) chambre correcte.sale bain assez petite et téléphone douche ancien.repas gastronomiques(dû choix) vue sur marina..le soir personal dépassé ds sale a manger..ds le ensemble très bien.

Bon hôtel.. petit soucis..toujours de la sole au dîner(pas grand choix niveau poissons.).Le matin jamais vue des croissants..les repas assez basiques..à niveau fromages pareil..choix limité..autre point négatif de la musique trop forte des 08hdu matin côté piscine. Chambres correcte. Literie bien..

Ici on cherche un rapport qualité prix Car tous les hôtels sont bien lotis Au king salomon,aux étages exécutives Il y a en plus une ambiance festive Car on a accès illimité au roof top Qui est complété par un beau buffet qui nous dope Car après une journée à Timna On est content de se ravitailler avec une belle vue de surcroît Pour revenir à l'hôtel Le petit déjeuner est plus que royal et fait la part belle Aux produits locaux Et aux recettes et plats orientaux Parking un peu réduit Mais à côté on peut se garer et c'est gratuit

C'est la deuxiéme fois que je vais dans cet hôtel et encore une fois je ne suis pas deçue. Cet hôtel est super, excellent service, chambre propre, personnel aimable et serviable. Trés bon petit déjeuner et díner avec beaucoup de choix. L"hôtel est proche de tout et on peut tout faire à pied. Un petit bémol et un coup de gueule pour le prix de l'entrée au jacuzzi, 25 shekels pour l"heure et par personne c'est honteux surtout quand on loge à cet hôtel, c'est vraiment dommage. Je retournerais sûrement à cet hôtel et le conseille chaleureusement.

Nous connaissons l hôtel depuis sa création, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la propreté, la nourriture riche et variée, le service accueillant, professionnel, l hôtel est égal à lui même après tant d années.Beaucoup d activités pour les enfants qui sont très encadrés du coup on ne les as pas sentis à la piscine ni au lobby. Par contre l étage 3 est très brouillant aussi bien sur le palier que les bruits des lobby et piscine …

Hôtel splendide Nous y allons tous les ans , la nourriture est succulentes le personnel est accueillant , Le plus belle hôtel d’eilat vraiment Le personne au lobby, au bar même à la piscine ils sont tous très gentils Les chambres sont très belles avec des vues magnifique

Beautiful hotel by Isrotel with an amazing staff and great services. Food was amazing, pools were clean and nice. We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

Service is lacking. The move of the check-in at Farid Ram's reception was beyond criticism, all that was missing was for him to throw us the room keys. It seems that the team is tired and exhausted and it comes at the expense of everything. A very noisy bedroom above an engine room

The hotel (and Eilat in general) are very crowded due to the current war (Traveling abroad is limited and expensive, northern resorts are under attack). Albeit the conditions, the staff was very attentive and polite. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. But... There are no excuses for the total lack of vegetarian options at meals, the lack of parking options (even a shuttle to a remote lot) and the constant noise. I will not attend this hotel again.

It seems that the hotel is not prepared for a high number of people. Let's start with the very, very small parking lot they have. Of course, even though we arrived early in the morning, we couldn't find a medical parking meter. The hotel directs, along with a voucher, to an urban parking garage, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is very old, the dust levels in the room were unrelenting, the balcony door creaked like in old residences in Europe that have been converted into hotels. The TV was malfunctioning and restarted itself every few minutes, every time the room was cleaned we received two towels and had to ask room service for more, a request that took a long time and we had to wait with small and wet children after the pool. There are not enough beds and chairs in the pool. If you don't take a seat soon, and behave in a civilized and considerate manner. There is simply no room in the pool and we are forced to improvise and sit in the hot sun. In conclusion, an Israeli family hotel by all means, Israelis are known for their disrespectful and disrespectful culture, and a hotel that claims to be "Israeli" should know this and value accordingly. For anyone coming from outside of Israel to this hotel, I suggest you reconsider.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any couple wanting to relax , it feels like youre on a cruise ship , hundreds of people everywhere you go , you have to queu 20 min to get in the restaurant for breakfast and for dinner , you have to queu to use the lifts , around the pool-side people bringing there speakers and playing loud music even tho the hotel pool bar provides music You have signes at the pool saying « no jumping » but obvisously the 50 children around the pool jump and no lifeguard to tell them no ? All the men spitting masive balls of spit in the pool when you are right next to them is not what you want to see when you put your head under water We stayed in the Herods 2 nights before coming to king solomon for 4 nights and it was really 2 worlds apart , next time i should just pay the extra 4-500€ to stay all week at the herods On the plus side , the rooms are nice and the food is good as you have a lot choices that change everynight

Bad service, outdated hotel, never-ending line for the elevators. We got a room with smell of paint, they didn't want to change our room because there are no rooms available in the hotel, eventually we had to leave to another hotel We recommend not to skip this hotel

The hotel is really good. The service became awful. In the last 2 vocations I've been in this place i had endless problems: the elevator didn't work and i had to climb 12 floors by foot, the lights in the room didn't work, elevator stuck, and the reception girl forgot to tell us the room is ready. Atop on this i think the food was not good since 2/3 people ended with serious problems from the food but this is "unproofable" according to the hotel staff. Never mind, the big problems is that none of this problems got a normal answer or solution. Shame. We might come back but yeah, definitely wont expect a good service for the next visit. The pool is great, hotel service people are nice and breakfast is very good!
