We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially for your child, to not be able to join the activities during your stay. The club’s limited capacity and advance reservation requirement are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, but we apologize if this was not communicated clearly prior to your arrival. Your comments are greatly appreciated, and we will review how we provide information about Kids Club access to help prevent such situations for future guests. Many of our guests enjoyed our pool including the children's splash waterpark which also connects to our sister hotel pool as well as accessibility to the pool area.
