Hôtels Familiaux à Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too.

地理位置比較偏，但也因此周圍環境很舒適寧靜。店內有兩衹狗狗和四衹貓貓，都比較粘人，很乖。民宿小姐姐和阿姨們都很親切，晚餐點的牛腩煲一絕，早餐的番薯真不錯。房間設施都不錯，空調有暖氣，床上還有電熱毯，唯一缺點是沒有電視機哈哈。不錯不錯，下次夏天再來。

Le service est très bon, le personnel de voiture qui a arrêté le bon voiture aide très intimement à prendre les bagages et très enthousiastement à prendre les bagages quand il est parti. Le paysage est très beau, malheureusement, le niveau de l'eau est un peu bas, il est possible que l'été soit meilleur. Les plats agricoles ont assez de poids. La première nuit, une pomme de poulet et de légumes verts ont été commandés. Les mamans et les filles ne mangent pas beaucoup de légumes verts. Les légumes verts peuvent être finis. Le riz électrique et le poulet ont mangé la moitié. Donc, la seconde nuit, j'ai préparé le légume. Convient pour vous détendre, bien

C'est une visite de pic erronée après le cinquième, il est vraiment très surprenant de réserver cet hôtel. La décoration de l'hôtel est très style, les emplacements visibles partout sont des panneaux en bois, qui montrent l'atmosphère du patron. L'hôtel a une piscine, une salle de table et une piscine de Bobo. Réservez une chambre de paysage, juste après la pluie, il y a un sentiment d'espace aérien après la pluie! Maintenant, cette saison est pour nager le glace, il y a deux piscines chaudes, et il est bon de nager après la piscine chaude. Il y a une salle de jeux pour enfants, parce qu'il n'y a pas d'invité au milieu de la semaine, et les enfants jouent très amusants. Enfin, il convient de mentionner le petit déjeuner, la disposition relativement simple, et leur bébé est très bon, parce que la nuit dernière, il a mangé le coeur du continent, ce qui est comparable.

Close to nearby attractions which are few minutes by walk, hiked up the taihe cave to see more nature. Our room is big and the kids enjoyed playing in their huge pool.

This is our 2nd time visiting and planning on going there again. This is my happy place. Both times we were traveling with our dogs, it’s pet friendly and so comfortable and convenient. The owners are so sweet and make you feel part of the family. Stunning and peaceful location. Convenient hike down to the river. Rooms are comfortable, with a stunning view. You will have the best night’s rest. Can’t wait to return ♥️

1. Faites très attention aux conditions routières : après être entré dans le réservoir, il s'agit essentiellement d'une rue à sens unique, et il y a des points de rencontre à certains endroits ; il y a une route en pente raide depuis la porte de l'hôtel. Bien qu'il y ait un point de rencontre, il est recommandé de réparer la pente et d'agrandir une voie. L'investissement reste à investir, sinon la route est vraiment dangereuse, surtout les jours de pluie, et les panneaux indiquant le B&B au carrefour du bas ne sont pas évidents, et il est facile de se tromper de chemin. 2. Service de la réception : dans l'ensemble qualifié, mais pas cordial et chaleureux, il peut être amélioré. 3. Les plats du dîner sont un peu salés ”la portion suffit” + la clim de la chambre goutte, le sol sous la porte juste en face de la clim est glissant ”il a plu cette nuit aussi” + la bouilloire de la chambre est ”encombrant” + la télé dans la chambre est un peu petite ”un peu radin 4. Le paysage des montagnes et des rivières est bon, qu'il fasse beau ou qu'il pleuve + la famille d'accueil a beaucoup d'espaces publics, ce qui n'est pas mal

Hotel assez ancien, mais avec grandes chambres avec charme. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Vue magnifique depuis le 16eme étage. Sauna + piscine + bassins d’eau chaude. Le personnel est aimable, mais il parle très peu l’anglais. Pas loin d’un centre commercial avec supermarket. Depot de garantie demandé à l’enregistrement.
