Hôtels Thermaux à Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. 地理位置比較偏，但也因此周圍環境很舒適寧靜。店內有兩衹狗狗和四衹貓貓，都比較粘人，很乖。民宿小姐姐和阿姨們都很親切，晚餐點的牛腩煲一絕，早餐的番薯真不錯。房間設施都不錯，空調有暖氣，床上還有電熱毯，唯一缺點是沒有電視機哈哈。不錯不錯，下次夏天再來。

Close to nearby attractions which are few minutes by walk, hiked up the taihe cave to see more nature. Our room is big and the kids enjoyed playing in their huge pool.

This is our 2nd time visiting and planning on going there again. This is my happy place. Both times we were traveling with our dogs, it’s pet friendly and so comfortable and convenient. The owners are so sweet and make you feel part of the family. Stunning and peaceful location. Convenient hike down to the river. Rooms are comfortable, with a stunning view. You will have the best night’s rest. Can’t wait to return ♥️

Great value for money. Modern and clean with a nice Chinese breakfast selection. Not many shops nearby so buy snacks and drinks ahead of your trips. Enough local restaurants in walking distance for dinner.

Environnement: très clair et confortable Installations: les chambres sont toutes avec un petit jardin indépendant, la piscine privée est également propre, la taille est juste bonne, la chambre est chaude Santé: très propre et propre Service: très intime L'expérience est très bonne, il y a beaucoup de fermes autour de nous, ne vous inquiétez pas pour manger, l'isolement est également très bon, le sommeil de nuit ne se sentira pas mal, c'est une soupe privée très chaude et bon rapport coût-efficacité, recommandé!

桃花湖很美，美得不可思議，這家民宿緊挨湖岸邊，透過大大的落地窗可近距離飽覽一線全湖景，安靜空氣好，超級適合週末度假放鬆，民宿有懸空玻璃泳池，拍照很出片，還有一個超長私人泳池，喜歡游泳的可以優先預訂私人泳池房。早餐很豐富精緻，咖啡、牛奶、豆漿都有，值得推薦，工作人員從管家到阿姨服務態度很好。

這家民宿太美了，全部原圖直出。裝修特別藝術，在鎮上看着高級得挺突出。房間特別乾淨，符合我潔癖的要求，池子也很乾凈，早晚有兩池水泡湯。池子挺大的伸直腳都沒問題，温泉水足夠熱，民宿還有恆温泳池可以游泳，院子很大可以圍爐煮茶，那天下雨我們就沒體驗，附近走幾十米有農莊便利店可以吃飯。
