Bon emplacement. Personnel excellent, en particulier Simon et Maroof. Tous les membres du personnel étaient formidables et sympathiques, mais malheureusement, je ne me souviens plus de leurs noms ! Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Excellent accueil. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si je retourne en Allemagne.

A few minutes away from city center. Hotel is clean and staff are all very friendly and accommodating.

The location is right in the center, near the all main shopping malls. Hotel was equipped with all the necessary facilities.

Location is very convenient: shopping area and tourist sights are within walking distance, U8 and U9 takes one to the airport in 15 mins and all U trains take one to the Central train station. Room is very spacious, functional and comfortable, and the aircon worked very well. Breakfast that came with the booking is OK, nothing fancy but it ticks most boxes and most importantly helps to save money in an expensive city. All in all, it was the only saving grace of my stay in one of the most boring major European cities I have ever experienced.

Location is great. Very close to restaurants and a high quality grocery store. In-room kitchen allows for cooking own meals.

Good location & convenient to explore surrounding area

The room is large. We have a good night and have a good breakfast. The little kitchen is very good in the room. All the people are kind.

Being given a room with faulty lights when checked in, then been transfer to another room in a lower level, we have to move all our luggage up and down for this, wasted quite some time like 20minutes. Breakfast is simple, not much variety.
