Évaluations de Gayana Marine Resort

We stayed 2 nights and had a fantastic stay despite the bad weather on the first day. We received great services from the resort management team Mr Karl, Ms Siti, Mdm Lydia also from the restaurant and recreational team members. We look forward to be back again!  Booked the family suite that is beautifully furnished and got a fantastic view of Mt Kinabalu from the room as well as variety of fishes swimming below us.  Snorkelling and kayaking are complimentary for the entire day and was great way for us to explore the beautiful waters.  On the last day, we unfortunately left our tablet in the room and we were notified immediately upon arrival at the jetty and the resort arranged it to be delivered to their jetty office within the same afternoon.  Overall it was a great experience and the welcoming and departure greetings by the management team were certainly memorable and beyond our expectations!

The service was excellent. The staff know us by name and were always ready to make our stay comfortable. The view was spectacular. Once you set foot on the Gayana Marine Resort, you will be one with nature. The environment just calms you down 😁

Enjoyed our stay in this resorts. It’s like a small Malaysian maldives. Perfect service! Thank you manager Karl for everything! Lot of activities all day, such as kayaking, tour to the mangrove jungle, snorkelling, diving or just relax on the pool. Breeze villa very comfy and large. Kids also became a part of saving coral area of Gaya island.

My partner and I just had three nights in a Palm Villa at Gayana Marine Resort! What a place to stay…. Simply amazing! Right from the start everything was perfect. We arrived at the ferry and the staff were really helpful. The ferry left on time and took less than 30 mins. On arrival we had cold towels and a drink. Everything was fully explained by the staff and we were taken to our room about 30 minutes early. The Palm Villa was gorgeous!!! If you can spend a little more and have this room it’s worth it!! I was speechless when I walked in. Super clean and tidy! The online photos do not do this resort justice!! We ate at the Macac Restaurant. There was lots to choose from on the menu and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Breakfast is included and everything was made fresh to order. There was also a buffet which had pastries, fruit, cereal and lots more! We made use of the water sports which are also included. We used the kayaks and paddle boards. Lots available and you just turn up and ask, no need to book! Every single member of staff was lovely!! Everyone greets you, is very polite and they can’t do enough to help. Their English was impressive! We had only booked two nights but loved it so much we extended our stay!!! I highly recommend this place and hope the management see this review to pass on to staff. Such a beautiful place to relax and chill! I highly recommend for couples or solo travellers who want some peace and alone time! what a place to relax! Most of the travellers stayed for a day, but i stayed for 3D2N. Managed to sleep in and rest the first day and did snorkelling/kayaking on the 2nd day. 1 thing to take note: for this booking of accommodation is just the resort by itself. therefore there isnt any other food or stores around it! other than it's own restaurant (for some might be expensive) so bring your own snacks and drinks if you're like me hungry in the middle of the night 🥴 Other than that, this is a beautiful place! def a good place to visit and disconnect!

Nice room, nice environment, and the sea view is a must when visiting this resort. But don’t stay longer than 2D1N because there is nothing much that you can do on this island.

정말 최고의 숙소였어요! 리조트 안에서 할 수 있는 활동도 많아서 굳이 다른 체험 안 해도 됩니다. 조금 아쉬웠던 점은 식당 선택지가 없다는 점... 원숭이들 때문에 음식 반입 금지여서 더 아쉬웠지만 다른 것들로 그 단점을 보완할 수 있었어요.

一個需要坐船才能入住的海島酒店，環境確實優美。住着時候可以無限次浮潛和皮划艇。如果天氣晴朗，你會很舒服的度假。不過這次碰見個意外情況非常不舒服，衞生間的洗髮液不小心摔壞了，沒想到洗髮液的瓶子是玻璃，也沒有提示是易碎品。結賬時候酒店以該瓶子為定製為由，收取了我250馬幣，折和人民幣412。。。和店經理溝通適當收取也被一口回絕。一個玻璃瓶要無心敲碎的住店客人賠那麼多錢也是第一次遇見！其他國人同袍一定要注意！這幾個瓶子就簡易的放在浴室凳子上，毫無保護措施。

一定要看這條評價。風景優美，划船等水上設施的工作人員特別友好。其餘非常糟糕。首先請記住:這家酒店在攜程的奢華酒店排行，我們定了最貴的套房，近4000一晚，四天。 1. 第一天浴缸的水是黃色的，前台説是燈光問題，過兩天我們覺得不對勁，工人説放水20分鐘，我們照做了。還是黃的，前台仍然説是燈光問題堅稱水是乾淨的，是山裡的水。請看圖片，水沉澱後，都是泥沙。我們在被欺騙的情況下，幼兒大人泡澡、洗漱都是用這些臟的水。 2. 最後一晚，餐廳給了孩子小童菜單。我問，為什麼我們住了三天，今晚才看到小童菜單，店員哈哈笑，説不好意思，我們忘了。為什麼三天六餐所有店員全忘了？ 3. 我們的套房，可以預訂餐廳送早餐到房間。店員説最早衹能9點，堅決不能提前。最後一天，我們發現隔壁房的白人八點多就被送早餐到房間了。為什麼區別對待？ 4. 前台衹會解釋水源問題，房間巨大噪音是因為水泵問題，絕口不提賠償。我們每次出遊都會住當地的奢華酒店，這是第一次遇到如此荒謬的多種情況。 我們朋友也住了一晚，水也是黃的。 我會正式向酒店寫信投訴。既然酒店屬於奢華酒店，奢華酒店的定義是什麼？酒店有很多中國客人，是否存在歧視問題？希望大家都不會遇到類似的遭遇。我和朋友們都不會再住echo旗下的任何酒店 

如果天氣好的話 住這個房間真的超值 首先 房間超大 是可以開派對的那種大 進門有個小客廳 再進去是有玻璃透底的餐廳 右手邊上一台階才是大床 左手邊裏面衛浴乾濕分離 浴缸能坐兩個成人 可以坐在裏面看海 房間自帶一個私人游泳池這一點很棒 在海上來以後還能再泡一泡清水 非常舒服 或者用甲板上的獨立洗身杆沖身也很方便 晚上坐在小甲板上也可以看到星星 浪漫一下 房門前玻璃是單面玻璃 外面看不進去 裏面看出去也不傷眼 這個設計蠻貼心的 房間價錢已經包含早餐也可以讓他送到房間享用 坐在透底餐桌上吃早餐體驗感滿滿 也有看到魚兒在房底游來游去 由於這種房間數不多 而且要走到底 海景幾乎是沒有阻擋 水域也很乾淨 附近人也不多 魚比較不會被嚇跑 酒店有各類型的項目參加 我們去了紅樹林裏面玩獨木舟 是個非常有趣的體驗 價格好像是RM45/每人 時間大概45分鐘左右 這一次是孝親之旅 所以下了血本訂了這個房型 結果一點都沒有失望 還出乎意料的滿足 推薦給蜜月旅行或者想豪華一下的大家 如果只是朋友之間過來打卡 我們路過看到海洋別墅也看起來不錯 房間比棕櫚別墅少了四分之三 海域也要跟不少的房間共享 可是也是很棒的視覺就對了 只是隱私感相對少得很多 訂的時候這個房型沒什麼評論 官網也沒什麼參考圖 希望可以提供給有興趣的朋友參考一下

房間是比較貴的，在島上出不來，我們住了三天2晚，每天12點有免費的船上島，其他時間出來的話，船費很高，房間裏的水是無限量喝的，其他都要花錢的，吃飯都要在酒店裡吃，能吃的就一個餐廳，稍微比較貴，早餐一般，能吃飽，酒店服務還行，大床房很大，三口睡，不擠，每天都可以游泳，整體還不錯，世外桃源，酒店價格就是比較高
