Pendant le séjour, la femme de ménage a nettoyé la chambre à 17 heures et a jeté mon sac de courses (ce qui m'a laissé perplexe) de sorte que mon important reçu et un autre petit sac à l'intérieur ont été perdus. La réponse de l'hôtel est qu'il ne peut pas retrouver le sac et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire :(

Hotel is in superb location just next to the central train station.  Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk across the train station, with a multitude of food and shopping options nearby. We booked the family room, which is spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was convenient and smooth. Definitely recommended!

Excellent location with very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included in the room price, which seems common in Sweden.

Great location, many choices for breakfast although same everyday. Nice rooms. Mattress too soft.

Practically stone throw away from central station and 5mins walk to Nordstan (largest mall in Scandic). Good size rooms and lots of food options nearby.

one of the best hotel in GOT. Very good location, close to the central station. Also, gym is nice!

We had a great stay here in Göteborg! Location is excellent, right by Central station and great access to restaurants and interest points. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The photo is a view of Central Station when standing at the entrance to the hotel.

Service at the front desk was average, some staff were nice, some staff were with bad attitude. The rooms are spacious with good amenities.
