Ce n'est pas mal. J'ai réservé une chambre spéciale. J'ai communiqué avec la réception à l'avance si je pouvais organiser un lit simple. Mon frère a dit que la chambre peut être aménagée si la chambre n'est pas étroite. C'est assez facile de parler. La chambre est correcte, elle peut être maintenue propre et bien rangée. Il est plus pratique d'avoir une machine à laver dans la chambre. C'est très pratique de sécher les vêtements le lendemain après le lavage, pas mal.

本來當天晚上是兩個女孩出去住，朋友黃碼了來不了，本想着不住白不住，拿了房卡一個人坐電梯到39樓，一出電梯看見這，我都開始害怕自己能不能成功下電梯跑路了，我想着，我朋友要是一起來，我們估計也不敢往裡走。
民宿店長要是看到這，也別怨我，我也沒給差評，還受到了10000點心理傷害，希望您能至少改善一下照明。

Le couloir de la chambre n'a pas de lumière, très sombre, il faut ouvrir la porte pour ouvrir la main.
J'ai passé la nuit, quand je me suis levé le matin suivant, j'ai trouvé une plage d'eau sur la plate-forme de pierre à côté de la fenêtre. J'ai d'abord pensé qu'il y avait de l'eau à air conditionné, mais j'ai vu les pieds de la fenêtre aussi pâle. Je soupçonne que le mur était enfoncé. Mon sac était placé sur la plate-forme de pierre à côté de la fenêtre. Le fond de La caméra et la caméra sont presque détruites. Le bureau m'a remplacé une autre chambre à A, il y a aussi des problèmes d'eau de décharge. La lave-linge de la salle de bains va s'écouler en dessous quand elle s'échappe.

Quand j'ai vu l'ensemble de la toilette nettoyée quand j'ai entrer, j'ai aimé cet air balcon très bon. Je peux aussi nettoyer les vêtements. Il y a un grand lit au deuxième étage dans cette chambre qui habite trois personnes sans problème. Il est prévu que deux jours. Le lendemain, la tante a entrer pour l'assainissement. Le personnage très soigneux est également très bon! Le prix de cette section 199 n'est pas cher, le rapport coût-efficacité est élevé.

Был доступен поздний выезд в 14.00. Также отелем был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта на люксовом микроавтобусе. Остались только приятные впечатления от отеля. Все красиво и на высшем уровне. Классный дизайн, управление в номере современное. Из минусов хочу выделить строящийся микрорайон. Видно, что отель новый, поэтому локация вокруг еще не благоустроена, лучше пользоваться услугами такси или заказывать трансфер из отеля. В общем мне понравилось, буду и дальше выбирать Hilton.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

Les chambres sont équipées de ce que les autres hôtels ont dans cette chambre, et elles viennent également avec du démaquillant, de la lotion pour le corps, de l'eau gelée et du nettoyant pour le visage, qui sont très prévenants ~ Je suis arrivé au T2 tôt le matin et j'ai pris rendez-vous pour choisir -up service. Ce type d'ascenseur s'est ouvert et il faisait noir jusqu'à la chambre. Il m'a fallu beaucoup de temps pour trouver la chambre avant de voir le numéro de la chambre. Les panneaux n'étaient pas clairs du tout. Les oreillers dans la chambre étaient trop hauts . J'ai finalement trouvé une serviette avant de pouvoir dormir le lendemain. À 7h30, la piscine a annoncé qu'elle n'ouvrirait qu'à 10 heures pour entretien. Ils ne leur ont pas prévenu à leur arrivée. Ils ont seulement prévenu le réception le matin ! Je ne sais pas quel ** blogueur a dit que les boissons sont gratuites, mais il s'avère que tout doit être payé, soit plus de 1 700 la nuit, et qu'il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner. Je pense que cet hôtel n'en a vraiment qu'un seul. point : l'hôtel le plus haut, rien d'autre n'est mieux ~ ce qui précède Expérience purement personnelle !

UUtilisateur anonyme酒店地段很不錯，打車去沙麪島、陳家祠、永慶坊都很方便，酒店旁邊吃的餐館不少，想吃傳統老字號品牌的旁邊也有一家，距離不過百米，喝早茶相當方便。酒店是一整層，房間數非常多，安排入住的房間比較大，整體設施比較簡單，最大程度做到乾淨整潔。服務態度也很好。房間沒有電吹風，估計需要找前台拿，一次性拖鞋不屬於標配但找前台就可以拿。房間美中不足的是窗户太小，通風一般，好在有空調。按平日價格這個性價比還是不錯的。

UUtilisateur anonymeDans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne expérience de séjour. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à Ruifeng. Pour être honnête, il y a 7 hôtels sous le Dragon Dream Hotel, et ils ont tous la même apparence, mais pourquoi ai-je choisi. Ruifeng cette fois, en fait, j'ai bénéficié de la bonne expérience de séjour la dernière fois, et la gouvernante ”Xiao Hui” est vraiment comme son nom l'indique, Hui est prévenante et prévenante.
Nous avons roulé le 3 avril dans la nuit. Nous avons été longtemps coincés dans les embouteillages. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 23h30. La femme de ménage nous avait déjà réservé la chambre très soigneusement. .
Parce que je suis resté deux jours consécutifs, j'ai acheté des billets de ski et des billets de cirque, qui étaient très économiques.
Si vous achetez un ticket de ski seul, cela coûte 380 par personne, ce qui semble être du gaspillage. Il y a aussi 270 personnes pour le cirque, mais le cirque doit réserver une place à l'avance, sinon la salle entière sera pleine. Surtout parce qu'il y a tellement de monde et qu'il n'y a pas de place pour ramer.
L'expérience de rester à Ruifeng est que vous pouvez voir la vue de face de l'ancienne ville en bas, puis il y a le parc des tigres en bas, ce qui est très choquant, car les tigres blancs sont très rares. Ensuite, il y a le couloir souterrain reliant la vieille ville, ce qui est très pratique et vous n’avez même pas besoin de traverser la rue.
Le petit-déjeuner de Ruifeng est au 28ème étage. La vue est très bonne. Le petit-déjeuner est divisé en zone AB, donc c'est très bon même s'il y a 1 000 personnes, il n'y aura pas trop de monde et c'est très satisfaisant. La dernière fois pendant le Nouvel An chinois, j'ai mangé des wontons de balaou. Cette fois, ce sont des crevettes, des nouilles de tante et des wontons de nouilles de riz qui sont tous très bons.

Service : nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin ~ le service était très bon ~ l'enregistrement a été rapide
