Exceptional stay in Libo! The room was remarkably clean, spacious, and set in a very quiet, peaceful environment. The hotel’s location right next to Libo Ancient Town is super convenient. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were amazingly friendly, provided a convenient high-speed rail transfer service, and recommended fantastic local eateries. As a huge bonus, after we casually mentioned that we don't eat beef when asking for food tips, they thoughtfully prepared a non-beef breakfast for us the next morning—even though their standard breakfast usually features beef! That extra level of care was deeply appreciated. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and classy homestay - I would even call it a boutique hotel. Rooms and common spaces incorporate local minority theemed design elements, which I felt greately added to the atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean without any hint of cigarette smell. Excellent hot shower, nice towels (though hotel does provide disposable ones). Overall, the room had everything, aside from luggage rack and hand/body lotion. My second floor room looked out to the courtyard, beautiful arch and mountains at a distance. I imagine top-floor rooms having even better views, but they didn't have any availability though I would have loved to stay there. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to Xiaoqikong park entrance. Finally, SUPERB staff. Customer service is on top - free transportation to the train station, greetings with fresh fruit platter, ginger tea to cool off under getting caught in the rain, etc. Separate thanks to Echo who has good command of English and was there to answer any questions, address all my concerns, walk(!) me to the best restaurant in town, and give me rubber slippers while my shoes were drying! Aside from making sure that my stay was perfect, she also served as sort of ambassador into the Guizhou minority culture and shared with me her deep knowledge and love for their history and way of life. Highly highly recommended!

Le propriétaire de l'immeuble est attentif à la personne, répondre aux messages en temps utile, il y a des problèmes avec patience pour résoudre. La position est également pratique de voyager et de jouer à la nourriture et à la vie. Le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, il y a un sentiment de relaxation familiale, la prochaine fois, vous choisissez ici, vraiment recommandé à tous!

Great location , 5mins walk to the East Entrance of Xiaoqikong attractions 荔波小七孔. Bus station was also at the East Entrance. Was really convenient, that there were mini bus (8 seaters) to Xijiang Qianhu Miao village linfengju Inn 西江千户苗寨 every hours from here. Surrounding there were lots of eatery. The room was big, neat, clean and comfy. I like the full window glass and room setting. The breakfast was good, served hot just no coffee avail. Every night, will have fruits basket from the reception. Overall : we enjoy our stays

🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs. The Highlights: The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue. The Downsides: However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived. Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre hébergement durant ce séjour. La femme de ménage, Zhou Zhou, et toute l'équipe de l'hôtel nous ont offert un service incroyablement chaleureux et attentionné. Le soir de notre arrivée, un orage a provoqué une coupure de courant due au système de protection contre la foudre, caractéristique de cette zone montagneuse, ce qui a entraîné des problèmes électriques dans notre chambre. Ils ont réagi rapidement et ont résolu le problème, nous offrant même un surclassement ; nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants ! Le service de navette depuis la gare et les sites touristiques était tout simplement parfait. La vue depuis la chambre était magnifique, avec les montagnes et l'eau se reflétant l'une l'autre. Libo est vraiment un endroit merveilleux, qui mérite sans aucun doute d'être visité à nouveau.

L'expérience de cet hôtel est vraiment merveilleuse! La position est bonne pour trouver un trafic confortable et la rue est très pratique pour manger et manger autour. Mr He, his wife and his father in law were so kind to us. We were arrived with 4 large suitcases, he and his wife make an effort to pick and drop off us from and to Libo HSR with 2 cars. They’re also kindly upgraded our room. Elwvator and washing machines are available. The foods were fresh and delicious. Each morning, Mr He would drop off us to the East Gate Libo scenic area. We had a very nice time in Libo, so great full for Mr He family hospitality. I can not thank them enough to make our time in Libo so joyful!

They are clearly making an effort to renovate and improve the hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. In my opinion, the pool was quite disappointing, although perhaps we just had high expectations. The hotel can also be a bit confusing, as there are several different complexes, making it difficult to find facilities such as the breakfast area. They also left a binder in our room with information that didn’t apply to the hotel we were staying at, which was a bit confusing. I would also suggest adding more washing machines and dryers, as there were often people waiting for them and even arguing over their use.
