« During our stay, our child suddenly developed a very high fever. As foreigners, we didn’t know how to handle the situation and were extremely anxious, but the warm and compassionate support from everyone at the hotel truly saved us. We had to visit a hospital for two consecutive days, which was about a 30-minute drive away. Even late at night and for many hours at a time, when we struggled with the language, the concierge staff—Bonnie and Mavis—kindly accompanied us, helping with procedures and communication with the doctors. Their support was incredibly reassuring. The driver and all the other staff members also showed constant care and kindness toward our sick child throughout the entire experience. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious—truly outstanding. This is a hotel I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially to international travelers and families with young children. »

« The hotel is within walking distance to xiaoqingkong bridge. We had a good time over there. The breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean. I was not impressed with service though. First we couldn’t make the AC working right and the room was freezing. We called the front desk for help. The service person wouldn’t even enter our room to check and told us nothing could be done but to turn it off. Second, we ordered hotel transportation to take us the the tourist center the next morning at 7:15 so we could take an early train back. We arrived at the front desk to find out that no arrangements had been made and they called the driver after we got there and were ready to leave. The driver didn’t arrive until after 7:30, 15 minutes after our scheduled departure time! Luckily we planned a little extra time and didn’t miss our trains but the service was unacceptable. »

« Le centre de la ville est très confortable. Nous avons eu un grand dîner et le soir BBQ autour d'un endroit où il y avait un film avec une projection et tous les invités ensemble était un grand temps. nous avons même fait quelques amis qui nous ont suivi pour le reste du voyage. »

« We decided to stay with this hotel because of the highly positive reviews. We did make a right choice as our overall experience was so great. The hotel is newly renovated, the room is spacious, bright, clean and the mattress and pillows are super comfy to sleep with (this is very important for us as we don’t usually sleep well when travelling). We had a breezed morning jog along the river right in front of the hotel. The experience was really good and relax. The host provided white glove services such as VIP transport to/from train station and tourist spots. Special thanks to the staffs who helped to send our leftover baggage to train station so we didn’t miss the train.  Bonus point: We witnessed the beautiful moment of sunset at their roof top (see the attached photo). This will definitely be our first choice hotel in our next visit in Libo. »

« Cette visite de Liubo est trop importante pour l'hôtel! Le personnel est plein de chaleur et d'aide à la bagage, il est possible de faire le séjour sans fil, il est réglé pendant 2 minutes, il a répondu avec patience aux problèmes de jeu et de stationnement autour de l'hôtel, et l'expérience est superbe. La chambre est propre, le bureau est sans poussière, les produits de lit sont blancs et sans odeur, les lits sont doux et modérés, le lit est doux et le coucher est doux pour une nuit, il n'y a pas de douleur à la dorsale, trop adapté pour le voyage. Les installations de la salle de bain sont complètes, la qualité des produits de lavage est en ligne, la pression de l'eau est stable et le bain est particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plus surprenant, les produits chinois-ouest sont super riches, le pain de pamplemousse est désormais souple, les gâteaus sont désormais douces, les fruits frais et toutes les boissons doivent être pleins de tous les types, le goût est très bon, manger du thé et boire du pied vient d'ouvrir un jour de voyage. La position est encore extrême, à pied cinq minutes à pied dans la ville antique, à pied dans la nuit le vent qui marche sur le bord du fleuve, avec la paix et la relaxation, et à proximité de voiture et à la recherche de nourriture est également très pratique. La prochaine fois que je viens à Xiaobo, cet hôtel doit être la première option! »

La réceptionniste, Mme 001, a été exceptionnelle : toujours souriante et disponible, elle a répondu patiemment à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel se trouve à une demi-heure de route du site touristique de Xiaoqikong à Libo et dispose d'un très grand parking. « 🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs. The Highlights: The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue. The Downsides: However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived. Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in! »
