It’s great hotel to stay, clean and new. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Ms. Wang, Yufen at breakfast buffet is extremely helpful.

So far I think this is the best hotel to stay in Haining. It’s in the biggest building in Haining I think and in terms of location is very convenient if you are especially on a business trip. Also, there is a small convenient store next to it. Also the staff is very eager to help you:)

第一次體驗不錯，第二次還是選擇了開元名都。提前跟小羅管家聯繫，還給生了套房增了早餐，固定的加分項，也是因為這個給五星好評。但是這次體驗真的不如上次，早餐的煎蛋鋪跟麪鋪的工作人員都不理人…可能大家早上都比較乏，也可能是五一假期累壞了吧，都能接受。結果有個大姨，我飯還沒吃完去拿東西的時候把我餐具收了，我回來一邊吃着飯一邊被這個大姨追着要好評要了四次…我也是醉了，就不點名了。另外更生氣的還是前台djy，態度非常傲慢，真的一點服務意識都沒有，跟酒店的定位差距太大，辦理入住期間跟兩波客人跟她交流，她要麼就是裝聽不見，要麼就是很不耐煩態度很敷衍，要是我的話，我肯定投訴了，這到底有沒有經過培訓就上崗，真是醉了。

到了海寧之後當天臨時訂的酒店，沒想到服務這麼好。特別是張苗苗經理，給我們免費升級了房型，耐心解答了我們的一系列問題。酒店設施和衞生都非常不錯。讓我對開元繫有了新的認識。

非常棒的入住體驗。因孩子今天要比賽。所以預訂了附近酒店。沒想到這麼優惠的價格享受到了五星級的服務。到50樓吃了冰淇淋，看了夜景，還有送房水果和牛奶，孩子專屬洗漱小禮包。特別感謝前廳部楊文康，服務非常的細緻周到！早餐也很豐富。
