C'est vraiment le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné au cours de mes années de voyage. Le personnel était formidable, attentionné et incroyablement accueillant, nous mettant à l'aise, même à des milliers de kilomètres. Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour nous aider à porter nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous en ont montré les fonctionnalités. Plus impressionnant encore, ils ont pris l'initiative de nous informer sur les différents services disponibles, notamment la blanchisserie gratuite, le dîner tardif et le service de blanchisserie à domicile, ce qui a rendu notre séjour extrêmement agréable.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre, à proximité d'une station de métro à quelques minutes à pied et à seulement une station de la gare TGV, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, il est à quelques pas de nombreuses attractions touristiques, dont 河街坊, où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine locale authentique, acheter des souvenirs et bien plus encore.
Je n'ai absolument rien à redire et je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à mes amis et à ma famille. J'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau si je reviens à Hangzhou.

La chambre est propre et bien rangée, petite et entièrement fonctionnelle, très adaptée à un voyage d'affaires. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Il y a une salle de sport et une terrasse vide. La terrasse est particulièrement adaptée au repos et à la détente.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également relativement bon. Si vous voyagez, vous pouvez éviter les endroits les plus fréquentés. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Yongjinmen en 10 minutes et le paysage est très beau.
Les employés du magasin sont tous super sympas et peuvent vous aider à stocker vos bagages gratuitement.

La chambre pour deux personnes est assez spacieuse, mais il n'y a que quelques portants. Il ne manque que le meuble à thé, le réfrigérateur et la prise pour faire bouillir l'eau, ce qui est un peu gênant. L'idéal serait d'installer des porte-serviettes et des porte-vêtements dans la salle de bain. Après tout, tout le monde n'aime pas sortir dans le froid pour se rhabiller après la douche. L'avantage de cet endroit est qu'il est proche du lac de l'Ouest et que vous pouvez rejoindre le lac de l'Ouest à pied ou en prenant un taxi. Il est également très pratique de se rendre à pied à la Southern Song Imperial Street Food City. Des machines à laver et des sèche-linge sont disponibles au sous-sol de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour les clients séjournant longtemps.

IInvitéLa chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, la literie impeccable, la salle de bain impeccable, et même les coins étaient impeccablement polis. La plus grande surprise a été la machine à laver et le sèche-linge gratuits au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent. C'est un hôtel vraiment convivial pour les voyageurs d'affaires ! Il y a aussi de nombreux snacks à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les en-cas tardifs. C'est un excellent choix dans cette gamme de prix, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

IInvitéHotel très bien situé autour du lac et proche de toutes les activités principales (croisiere en bateau, promenade, vélo et même de l emplacement du, spectacle féerique sur l eau le soir que je recommande vivement de reserver pour sa qualité. Il se situe à 15 min à pieds). Personnel de l accueil très attentif à essayer de nous satisfaire malgré la barrière linguistique. Les points qui pourraient etre ameliores concernent l'ambiance du petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvée un peu triste (un peu de musique moderne serait agreable), Autre point, notre chambre devait avoir une vue montagne mais il y avait un bâtiment face a la fenetre donc la vue n était pas exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Par contre elle était spacieuse et disposait de toutes les commodités.

IInvitéOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

SSXMCDL'hôtel est dans la zone de vue, il y a un jardin de la pâte à côté. Les chambres du couloir de l'hôtel sont très basses et certaines parties de la porte de la chambre sont également inférieures. Les personnes 180+ vont se faire la tête. La variété du petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très riche et save bien, et le paysage du jardin de la pâte est également très bon. Il y a un petit garçon dans la suite de loft qui se réjouit.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

MmengluxLe transport est relativement pratique. Le bus à la porte peut essentiellement se rendre à divers endroits pittoresques, ou vous pouvez effectuer un transfert ou y aller directement. La distance n'est pas très loin ; le petit-déjeuner est copieux, avec de nombreuses variétés et de bon goût ; spacieux, les fenêtres sont grandes et le sol est haut. Bien qu'il y ait une autoroute en dessous, ce n'est pas très bruyant ; il y a une librairie, de la calligraphie et du guqin en bas où vous pourrez déguster et déguster de l'encens. au deuxième étage où l'on peut commander et le menu est tout à fait abordable.

YYiran8668Il était déjà 23h30 lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel Haihua. Le beau mec à la réception, Xiao Zheng, s'est occupé des procédures d'enregistrement. Le gars connaissait très bien l'entreprise et a expliqué en détail la chambre dans laquelle nous nous trouvions. donné, on pouvait voir directement la vue sur le lac de l'Ouest. Le gars était très serviable. Ma première impression a directement donné des points à l'hôtel 👍👍👍. L'hôtel est situé juste au bord du lac de l'Ouest. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la rive du lac de l'Ouest en quelques minutes et est très proche du pont brisé ; les chambres de l'hôtel sont très propres ; en particulier, le service de tout le personnel de l'hôtel est très chaleureux lorsque vous visitez le lac de l'Ouest, l'hôtel Haihua est votre premier choix👍👍👍 ;

SSuz13116Je vais aller en avant et dire que c'est mon hôtel préféré à HZ et j'y ai vécu pendant 4 ans! Super amical et utile personnel, une salle de bain, une salle de sport et une piscine! Veuillez me rendre hommage à la super aideuse blonde turque qui travaille au bureau frontal. Elle m'a aidé à mettre le WiFi sur mon téléphone et m'a aidé à stocker ma moto routière dans la concierge ! Merci !
