Nous n’avons pas pu prendre le train car nous n’étions là que pour une nuit et en plus nous avions de gros bagages avec nous. C'est vraiment le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné au cours de mes années de voyage. Le personnel était formidable, attentionné et incroyablement accueillant, nous mettant à l'aise, même à des milliers de kilomètres. Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour nous aider à porter nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous en ont montré les fonctionnalités. Plus impressionnant encore, ils ont pris l'initiative de nous informer sur les différents services disponibles, notamment la blanchisserie gratuite, le dîner tardif et le service de blanchisserie à domicile, ce qui a rendu notre séjour extrêmement agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre, à proximité d'une station de métro à quelques minutes à pied et à seulement une station de la gare TGV, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. De plus, il est à quelques pas de nombreuses attractions touristiques, dont 河街坊, où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine locale authentique, acheter des souvenirs et bien plus encore. Je n'ai absolument rien à redire et je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à mes amis et à ma famille. J'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau si je reviens à Hangzhou.

Lovely hotel! Our room was spacious and we later found out it was because this hotel had yoga as its theme with a mat and other equipment provided. Beds were very comfortable, they also had memory foam pillows for each guest. Large TV screen with plenty of channels, adjustable air conditioning and robot delivery. There was also a fridge in the room which we found to be a rarity in China for some reason! Trendy areas like in77 are reachable by a 15-20min walk and the famous Longjing tea shop street is just behind the hotel. The only downside was that the water pressure from the shower is really weak. The electric toilet also doesn’t heat up or auto flush so felt a bit useless. There were also a few stains on the wall and the ‘Push’ ‘Pull’ stickers were all incorrect in our room - funny because it was both in English and Chinese. The lift is shared with the hotel next door, which you always will pass the lobby of when you enter/leave the lifts. One nice thing was the smooth auto lighting around the hotel floors. We didn’t have the breakfast but the restaurant area looked very pretty also. Would stay here again!
