À proximité de la ville de Hajzhou, parce que la construction est récemment à proximité, il y a un peu de complexité jour et nuit. L'hôtel est très propre, la zone de la chambre est également très grande, il est confortable de vivre, il y a des ordinateurs à utiliser et nettoyer l'assainissement. Le dépôt doit être versé à 300, le prix de la chambre est un peu trop élevé!

La dernière fois que je vis dans cet hôtel, il devrait être avant l'épidémie. Il faut dire que le transport est plus pratique. Il y a une station de métro à la porte. Il n'y a pas de loin du concert que je vais aller. Le parking de l'hôtel est un aéroport qui économise des fonds et est sûr. La chambre de l'hôtel est un peu vieille, mais l'écoute de la petite sœur de la réception a dit que elle était déjà en train de se déménager et j'espère que la prochaine fois, elle sera nouvelle. Le petit déjeuner est bon, je n'ai rien vu quand je suis allé, c'est aussi un goût adéquat. La plus surprenante est que je suis venu derrière l'hôtel à l'arrêt, j'ai trouvé une route verte très bonne, je vois aussi quelqu'un qui pêche, un peu intéressant.

酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，離西湖很近，也離In77近，非常方便，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台小姐姐和小哥哥很熱情，前台還有很多好喝的冰鎮果茶和酸梅湯都是免費喝，每次去西湖遊玩，前台就會主動提供免費的冰鎮礦泉水！真的很棒！房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！是一次非常舒適愉悦的入住體驗，真的超讚！下次來杭州遊玩還要繼續入住這家酒店！

采荷是我在杭州會反覆入住的酒店，交通便利，去哪兒都方便，旁邊有超市、飯店非常方便。工作人員非常親切，我會反覆入住就是因為工作人員的親切。房間打掃的很乾凈、沒有異味、被褥也是乾乾靜靜清清爽爽。最讓我喜歡的是沐浴露（多芬）洗髮水（清揚）還有紙巾（清風）這些都是超市買得到，很多家庭會用的洗浴用品，用着就特別放心。最最讓我感動的是保安，每次到酒店總是跑着迎接我們，離開時總是站在旁邊等待我們離開再回崗。保潔阿姨們還會很熱情的和你聊天。

很棒的一家酒店，之前工作短期學習來住過，非常滿意，這次帶孩子來玩，果斷再次選擇，酒店房間有兩張1.5m大床，正好合適一家子住，配套了冰箱、電磁爐、洗衣機，乾衣機，酒店位置方便，距離地鐵不到100米，樓下就是美食廣場，盒馬超市，附近有很多咖啡店，西點屋，過馬路就是銀泰百貨，周邊還有成熟的社區，配套齊全，對於帶小朋友出門的家長特別適用，畢竟出來玩，有時候孩子的需要是讓人頭痛的。酒店小姐姐超級熱情，我家娃突然不舒服，我想用電磁爐給弄點東西吃，很晚了，還上來教我如何使用廚房的電器

酒店很新，設備也可以，但是服務和交接是我見過全杭州最最最最最最離譜的酒店。
座標杭州，和朋友一起住酒店就是為了玩。
1.第一天入住因為特殊情況，8點提前聯繫酒店詢問能否提前入住我們定的房間，電話內告知我們隨時可以過去。10點到達酒店告訴我們無法入住，因為還沒有打掃衞生？我請問呢？那剛剛打電話來告訴我們隨時來是……？最後的處理方法是臨時開了個房間讓我們洗漱一下
2.一個小時後進入了預訂房間，房間內沒有衞生紙和浴缸泡澡袋，離開時叫前台幫我們補了。晚上回來之後發現仍然沒有一次性浴缸泡澡袋，再次詢問，告訴我沒有這麼大的一次性浴缸袋…咋麼説呢，就是這個浴缸也沒打算讓我們使用嗎？
3.住到第三天準備續住，提前一天告知了續住情況，説了走的時候會來結賬，前台也回覆ok。但是到預訂時間過來狂敲房門吵醒睡覺的我們，説要現在立刻買單？為什麼不提前一天直接説呢？
第一次在杭州酒店遇到這樣的情況，因為平時沒事就會和朋友一起住酒店玩一下，本來想充卡的，謝謝下午三點敲我房門的朋友，讓我省了5000。

Cet hôtel possède une localisation idéale pour visiter le « west lake ». Le staff est très sympathique, mais je ne sais pas s’ils parlent français. Utilisez votre téléphone et la traduction instantanée si nécessaire. Nous avions reçu une chambre fumeurs initialement mais avons pu changer immédiatement sur demande pour une chambre non fumeur. Le matelas est confortable, et le chauffage est très efficace. Le seul point négatif de notre chambre était l’isolation du bruit assez moyenne.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien!

IInvitéLe temps de pluie est plus calme, il y a une pluie forte dès son séjour, et il y a eu une pluie violente à 6 heures du matin! L'entrée est un peu difficile à trouver, je l'ai trouvée à deux côtés. À la première vue, je vois le mur du sol, il est inévitable que je sois déçu. Après avoir entrer, je suis très clair. L'architecture d'enregistrement est super belle. Le paysage autour de la maison fait que les gens se trouvent dans un autre pays bien vivant. C'est intéressant de parler avec nous, le grand frère de Hainan, qui nous a approximativement détruits. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très délicieux avec la viande bovine et le riz!

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel se trouve dans un groupe d'immeubles de bureaux, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Huanglongdong. J'ai séjourné pendant la Fête du Printemps. Presque tous les restaurants à proximité étaient fermés. Il n'y avait qu'un seul McDonald's pour le dîner et il n'y avait aucune commodité. magasin.
Chambre : Le but d'un appartement avec services est d'être de grande taille. J'habite dans le bâtiment nord, qui a des baies vitrées, un four micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur.
Équipements : Le mobilier et l'agencement sont assez anciens. J'ai vraiment envie de me plaindre du lavabo de la salle de bain : le robinet est très court, ce qui rend le lavage des mains et du visage peu pratique. Il n'y a pas de prise pour sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain, vous ne pouvez donc vous sécher les cheveux que dans la chambre. Les toilettes n'ont pas assez de puissance et le porte-rouleau n'est pas au bon endroit.
Chambre : Le lit est très grand et les 4 oreillers sont fins et affaissés. J'avais la nuque raide après avoir dormi une nuit.
Service : Pas mal, tous les besoins sont satisfaits rapidement. Il n'y a qu'un seul employé à la réception pendant la Fête du Printemps et vous devez faire la queue au moment du départ.

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
