今次訂了5個房間，是一個家族旅行，我們5個家庭共12人有老有幼入住這間酒店4天3晚，很難得全家人都對這間酒店讚口不絕。衛生是我們首選要求，酒店確實令我們非常滿意，每個位置都沒有任何能批評的地方，我家12人佔大半都愛清潔，而且有點衛生強迫症的🤣，所以大家可以放心入住。我十分強烈超級推薦。 服务：各員工都非常熱情友善，而且很主動關心，連早上餐廳裡煎旦那個廚師都很熱情。真的真的很滿意，遇到房務員早上忙碌地打掃，都會跟我打招呼說早。 家人在檢查房間時，發現其中一個房間空調有問題，曹黃蓮服務經理即時幫我處理，到晚上空調還沒反應，她便立即找人檢查，最後都能快速解決問題。重點不是她的處理事情的方法，是她的態度很主動和關心，確定每我很有親切感。作為旅行者的我，能遇到服務到位的酒店，確實令這個旅程再加添一個美好的回憶，我為她特別點讚…希望她能保持下去。

Ensuite, le climatiseur dans la pièce devient très bruyant tant que la vitesse du vent est un peu élevée, et le bruit du vent qui souffle donne l'impression qu'il vient juste au-dessus de ma tête. Ce bruit était ridiculement fort. Le climatiseur ne refroidit pas du tout, il goutte lorsqu'il est réglé à 17 degrés. Ensuite, je l'ai monté à 20 degrés et je n'avais pas du tout l'impression de refroidir. Je n'ai pas bien dormi la nuit dernière. Nous sommes arrivés vers 2 heures du matin, mais nous sommes partis précipitamment vers 8 heures du matin. Ce n’est pas que je ne voulais pas dormir, c’est que je ne pouvais tout simplement pas dormir. La pièce est étouffante et le climatiseur ne refroidit pas. Ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix.

L'hôtel était super, l'entrée était également très pratique et les restaurants environnants étaient nombreux. Les installations de la chambre étaient très affinées. L'unique chose est que le climatisation n'était pas très correct, l'affichage de la température de la chambre était de 19 degrés, en fait très chaud, vous devez passer à 16 degrés pour avoir un vent avec climatisation. Vous avez un peu chaud à dormir. Le bar administratif du cinquième étage est très adéquat pour les discussions commerciales et très pratique.
