L'appartement sur le lac occidental est magnifique, marche autour du lac à la nuit est très froid, vous pouvez prendre une vélo. L'appartement a assez d'outils de cuisine, il est pratique de manger et de regarder le lac ensemble. Très romantique pour 1 jour.

Phòng view ổn nhưng nói thực thì phần cskh chán không tả được. Mình đã đặt phòng trên Trip đến nơi thì lễ tân báo phòng mình cho người khác ở mất rồi, bảo mình up lên phòng khác view hồ, trong khi phòng mình đặt trên app cũng ghi rõ view hồ rồi. Nhưng vì lúc đó gấp nên cũng đành trả thêm tiền để ở thôi. Phòng tắm thì không kiểm tra kĩ để thiếu mất dầu gội

VNAHomes Apart Hotel est étonnant. J'ai séjourné pendant une semaine dans une nouvelle belle chambre royale. Le douche était incroyable et il y avait une machine à laver des vêtements dans l'appartement. Le prix était très raisonnable. Le quartier est calme, que j'aime. Le personnel, y compris William, m'a été très utile sur mon séjour.

L'emplacement, les services et les installations étaient tous bons. Il semble notamment que les agents de ménage aient été formés pour accorder une grande attention à la propreté. Voici le service de ménage assuré au petit-déjeuner buffet du Lotte Hanoi. Juste un. Ce qui est différent du Lotte Hotel, c'est l'odeur de l'eau. C'est un problème dans tout Hanoi. Cette odeur d'eau, à laquelle les citoyens de Hanoï sont habitués, est un problème d'eau polluée due au colmatage du système d'approvisionnement en eau et d'égouts. Il s’agit d’un problème de changement climatique à Hanoï, où la gestion des eaux pluviales est devenue impossible, et c’est également un problème à New York. La méthode consiste à fixer un filtre au réservoir d'eau sur le toit comme le Lotte Hotel, à le neutraliser, à le purifier, puis à l'utiliser. Il y a de nouvelles expériences partout autour de vous. Je suis envers les peuples du monde. Nous avons examiné les piscines locales, les terrains de volley-ball locaux, les terrains de football locaux et les terrains de volley-ball à pied locaux qui pourraient être présentés comme des alternatives à ce problème. Une mixité sociale qui convient aux personnes dans la trentaine, la quarantaine, la cinquantaine et la soixantaine, quel que soit leur âge. The good news - the 2bedroom apartment was excellent value - clean, spacious and well laid out. We did have to get a technician in to sort out a noisy aircon (old unit) - but this was done promptly without fuss. A huge bottle of drinking water (same size of those for water coolers) is provided - and we definately appreciated this. The apartment is also very quiet and well soundproofed. We were very happy with the apartment - excellent value accomodation wise. Customer service was OK. We interacted with three different staff and the a staff at the buffet breakfast. The three counter staff could speak good English - we had difficulty with the lady at the buffet breakfast who spoke little English. Overall service level was OK but not the best. I found that the service from the doorman the excellent - a smile and a greeting when opening the doors. Although the staff were polite, we never felt the warmth that we experienced from other Vietnamese hotels (we have stayed at a range of 4* and 5* accomodation). For example, when trying to figure out where to eat dinner, talking to the counter staff was like talking to a polite chatbot - you had to ask exactly the right question to get a helpful response. Do note that the gynm is very small - it was smaller than our apartmeent. With the 3 of us in the gym, we found it rather squeezy. It is airconditioned though and towels and water are provided. We did not use the pool. The UGLY: The hotel provides the option of a buffet breakfast at VND346500/pax (about USD 14.50 ) - which we opted for. This is served in the inhouse Japanese restaurant. You have to choose a Japanese main course from two options - and you have access to a (tiny) breakfast buffet. However, I would not recommend the breakfast - its very poor value for money and the food provided is not of a good quality standard. Not the best tastewise either. When we were told one of our main courses was not avaialble (we were there at 8am at an empty restaurant) - my wife remarked that the option of Japanese main course appeared to depend on what was leftover unsold from the previous night at the restaurant. The provided coffee was so awful that I found that the 3-in-1 premix tasted better. See the attached picture for the (tiny) range of buffet options on offer. Again , strongly recommend you avoid the breakfast buffet. The overall exterior doesn't appear to have been maintained for years. Of course this could be due to air pollution. This didn't impact our stay materially though - although it could be an eyesore for others. The hotel is well situated and West Lake is easily accessible through the hotel back gate. Its also 15min away to Lotte Metropolis via Grab cab. In summary, we enjoyed the apartment stay - but dreaded the morning breakfast. Overall - still recommended for excellent value and location though.

La position de l'hôtel est relativement éloignée pour la prochaine colline, mais la zone de la chambre est très grande. C'est le type d'appartement de l'hôtel, une chambre par salle est également propre, très tranquille et très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment sympa et nous permet de stocker nos bagages dans une pièce séparée avant l'heure officielle d'enregistrement. L'emplacement est à 20 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville mais il y a de nombreux cafés, restaurants et bars à proximité. La chambre est correcte, malheureu*****t un peu bruyante à cause des murs fins et de son emplacement à proximité de l'ascenseur et de la salle de ménage. Le petit déjeuner est correct !

Excellent reception and concierge. My last day is morning flight at 7am. My taxi is delayed and he helped me to confirm friendly. It's friendly and great service hotel. Highly recommended to stay while in Hanoi.

L'hôtel est situé au centre de la vieille ville, très pratique pour voyager et visiter les célèbres attractions touristiques. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très neuves avec toutes les commodités. Le personnel ici est très enthousiaste pour m'aider tout le temps. Le personnel de ménage quotidien nettoie la chambre très propre. L'hôtel organise également un des excursions pour visiter la baie d'Ha Long pour visiter Sapa et Ha Giang. Je suis très heureux de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Je recommanderai mes amis s'ils prévoient de venir à Hanoi. Si je reviens à Hanoi, je resterai certainement à l'hôtel vacara p remium
