Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

無論外型，還是內在設計，都令人好像置身歐洲一般。 酒店外還不時有網紅或遊客在打卡📸 我的房間與泳池同一層，泳池有落地玻璃間格，加上一個非常歐陸式的陽台，感覺都幾舒服。 另外有健身室。 房間好大，張床有啲高，淋浴間設計得好像舞台後台一樣。 早餐buffet 食物選擇多，不過以西式為主，還有好最愛的Egg Benedict， 即叫即整，我每天早餐都吃得很滿足。 缺點是房間提供的水樽好難開，還不小心傷了手，其他整體都好高質

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.

Grand hôtel! Bon emplacement, chambres confortables et propres et la piscine/jacuzzi/sauna est grande. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Cependant, la meilleure partie de l'hôtel est le personnel! Très agréable, utile et hébergé. J'ai séjourné ici plusieurs fois pendant le voyage au Vietnam, ils nous ont permis de stocker les bagages que nous n'avions pas besoin chaque fois jusqu'à notre retour, ainsi que d'être très aimables avec tout ce qu'il nous fallait.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 2 pas du lac Hoan Kiem notre préféré à Hanoï. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre dernière nuit à Hanoï et nous ne le regrettons pas. Après un petit couac au niveau des dates (je me suis trompé de date) l’hôtel a été très compréhensif et à tout fait pour régler notre problème. Pour un hôtel qui a ouvert depuis 3 mois toute l’équipe est remarquable et fait tout pour vous faire passer le meilleur des séjours possible. Merci encore !

La réception ne parle pas chinois et tout le processus d'enregistrement se fait en devinant l'anglais. Un service de livraison de repas est prévu pour le petit-déjeuner. Les deux personnes ont longuement étudié avant de savoir commander. Bien sûr, vous pouvez choisir de manger sur place. Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vieux, mais dans l'ensemble, on se sent bien.

Gia đình mình vẫn luôn ưu tiên chọn lựa khách sạn Mường Thanh. Nói chung là ks luôn mang lại cho mình cảm giác ấm cúng. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon và vừa miệng.nhân viên rất ưng. Chỉ có ks mình ở Thợ Nhuộm có vẻ hơi cũ. Tuy nhiên nhìn chung là tuyệt vời!!!

I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Le petit-déjeuner était servi sous forme de buffet et durait jusqu'à 9h30. Le service s'en est alors approché et on lui a demandé de partir. La nourriture comprenait une variété de fruits, de l'eau infusée, du lait, du café, uniquement du thé noir, des œufs de n'importe quel style, du fromage, des saucisses, des croissants, des pâtes, du riz, etc. Vraiment génial ! La chambre de luxe ressemble plus à une chambre supérieure. Les images sont incorrectes en ligne. Un peu de bruit de la rue passe par les fenêtres. Le personnel de nettoyage ne parle pas anglais. La réception était super sympa et a également offert du thé gratuit en guise de bienvenue. Très proche du lac, accessible à pied. Il y avait même une histoire à côté du lit

Le jour du repas, mes sœurs ont visité l'hôtel et ont séjourné pendant 3 nuits, bien que l'hôtel était un peu petit, mais le personnel était très gentil. Je suis présenté par un ami de cloche nommé Van Toan pour manger des restaurants, des restaurants et des attractions touristiques autour. Elle est très enthousiaste et donc les invités.
