Avis : Clarion Hotel Helsinki

J’adore cet hôtel : sa localisation sur le port, son sauna au 16e étage, avec vue panoramique sur la ville, son petit déjeuner. C’était mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel et je ne suis toujours pas déçu. 

L'emplacement est au milieu de la gare principale et du terminal des ferries, pratique si vous visitez également Tallin. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, la piscine extérieure et le sauna sont l'un des points forts, mais le temps est trop froid pour rester longtemps pendant la période de Noël. Le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, principalement de style finlandais et très variées. Dans l'ensemble, le service, l'emplacement et les installations représentent une somme considérable, même en haute saison.

Très bel hôtel avec sky bar/lounge, et surtout salle de sport, piscine extérieure et sauna sur le toit. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était intercontinental, avec une grande variété de plats et de boissons. La nourriture était fraîche et savoureuse, et bien adaptée au goût nordique ainsi qu'au goût asiatique. Quant à la chambre, généralement bien et confortable, mais à cause du succès de cet hôtel, les chambres deviennent un peu usées… mais ça allait.

Anniversaire parfait chez Clarion. Belle chambre au 11ème étage et petit déjeuner super délicieux le matin. Skyroom était également incroyable ! Ça vaut vraiment le coup !!

The facilities were great. Breakfast was also good. No amenities in the bathroom tho like comb or else for a hotel this level. One thing that bothered me the most was the curtains did not completely block the light and the light just straight into our eyes in bed :(

A nice upmarket place but not so expensive. Good rooftop pool / gym / bar

I don't want to give more points because of the rudeness of the behavior of a working gentleman. (We think it's racist behavior). Location is far from the center, easy to reach. There are no places around you to eat. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is also successful.

Craziest hotel I have recently visited. We can spend a full day at the hotel just to chill and relax. Skypool, sauna and Skybar are pretty awesome, marvellous view up top, and with lots of facilities. Hotel restaurant with very nice food and breakfast. Room environment is awesome, too. Enjoyed sunset directly sitting near the window

Room was clean and with all the necessities needed. Good breakfast options. We asked the reception to borrow some slippers to use in the Pool area but they said those were only for certain rooms. We could not use the chromecast (tv went black as soon as we entered chromecasting and no options to connect appeared), asked reception about this and they rebooted the system but we could still not use it. There were no other apps to use so without this feature the tv had limited options. When we wanted to call down to the reception about this, the phone in the room didn't work. Overall, clean and good room but definitely lacking in service.

Staff didn’t help with luggage and claimed that management prevented them to help guest …! We will not stay again when there’s no guest serveip, especially when management say not to help, what kind of hotel is this ,,,?

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient. The breakfast offered is great, and while the bed is quite soft, I would prefer it to be a bit firmer for better back support. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future.

New with modern style with excellent facilities, but a little bit far from metro

Nice hotel, friendly staff,clean. We have very nice view on the bay from our room. It is located about 15 - 20 min on the tram from the central rail station
