I'm writing this message for second time. This was the worst Premier Inn I've stayed at. Been staying in Premier Inns over 20 years. Sadly now, Premier Inn have zero interest in customers or complaints. I had to stay at South Mimms, after Premier Inn reservation team screwed up my booking to stay near Excel London, charging me £284 instead of £160, and wouldn't admit their error, saying the computer never says no. Post Office Horizon all over again. South Mimms was served well by most workers, but duty manager and assistant were truly awful, the assistant saying she would lie for him, if I made a complaint. My room wasn't cleaned, at all, in 4 nights stay. I wasn't able to order food, as no one picked up the phone, and as a type 1 diabetic, I have to eat on time.
