The amenities are nice in this hotel, with private&public onsen, free tea/wine/ramen available at certain times, friendly staffs. Would highly recommended!!

Excellent location from Mt Asahidake Ropeway, very good service and amenities. Excellent French dinner and Breakfast! Hotel also offer free tea, coffee and ice cream. What we love most is the Onsen (public and private) and nice view especially when you can see some snow.

I love this place and love the special coffee beans only available in this hotel.

Rooms have a nice old world charm. Dinner (we had the French one) was very good. Soup, fish, palate cleanser, steak, and dessert were all tasty and fresh. Wine selection could have been a bit better but wasn't bad at all. Onsen is nice: they have the public onsen and private rooms. Each room is different, so try to get the one at the end of the corridor (it has an open air section) if you can. Otherwise the public onsen is really great too. A slightly long walk to the ropeway station up to Asahidake for my kid. But loved it overall!

10min walk to Asahi-dake cable. 3 private hot spring and one is outdoor

Hot spring is good, but there are no restaurants located nearby for dinner, remember to order the dinner from hotel

Nice stay

The concierge service was excellent. Despite her difficulty in expressing her help in English, she went out of her way to answer our queries, as well as working with kitchen to prepare a nice dinner for us despite us not having pre-ordered any. There is also free ramen for supper from 10pm-1030pm at night for guests who feel hungry. And the best part was the mountain view being extremely beautiful.

Located beside the Asahidake Camp bus stop. Lack of food options nearby at night so take the Dinner option if required. Dinner provided was decent. Onsen was comfortable. Slight sulfuric smell in the room when using the heater.

距離旭岳䌫車站自駕1分鐘，步行約6分鐘。房間是歐式風格，晚餐有法式及日式料理可選擇，宵夜有提供拉麵，早上6點也有提供拉麵給趕早出門爬山而來不及吃7點的自助早餐。自助早餐樣式豐富而美味。

5月4日,5日 雨、霧で大雪山が 全然見えなかったけど… 5時30分頃 ホテルの部屋の窓から一瞬 綺麗に見えました🎵 大自然からのサプライズプレゼント 本当に感動しました。😆💕✨ 感謝です~~~♡♡♡

設施：木屋結構，但整體維護得很好。沒有老舊的氣味。很舒服。 衞生：可以要求每天都打掃房間。温泉也是每天都會清潔，很乾凈。 服務：工作人員普遍英語不行，但會拿着pad在翻譯。還是可以溝通。餐廳服務很好。 餐食：住了2晚，晚餐是一晚法餐一晚日餐。我們是兩大一小，食量偏小，沒有跟前台增加小童餐，也是夠吃。日餐的時候我們加了北海道的男山清酒，很好喝。早餐是超級不錯！自己打了滿滿一碗魚生飯，還有香檳和清酒，太頂了！
